The next day I woke up ready to greet the day with enthusiasm. Not! I rolled over and groaned at the sunlight today streaming through my curtains. Sighing, I sat up and stretched my stiff muscles. I got up and walked downstairs to find only Jensen awake. "Good morning Raelyn." He called or before I got to him. Giggling, I teased him. "Psychic much?" He turned to me and rolled his dramatically. "Wafffle?" Jensen pointed to a stack a mile high. "Dude! You tryin to feed an army or something?" I exclaimed. He stuck his tongue out at me and I mimicked him. Laughing, I grabbed a couple waffles and poured a little syrup on them. "Eat up. We've got a long day of filming." I nodded and tried to eat my food without getting winded. I finished and went upstairs to throw on practically pjs, so if we got home super late, all I'd have to do is take off Macie's makeup.
We walked on set, waved goodbye, then went in separate directions. I grinned when I remembered that I get to work with Misha today. With that thought in mind, I went to wardrobe and makeup. I strolled outside, trying to get into Macie's swagger. She was pride of her heritage, but she just naturally had swaying hips. I strutted on set, ready to get my coverage done. Misha noticed my different stride. Eric noticed too and he smiled knowingly, loving how in character I already was. "Macie." Misha teasingly called. I thought of how she would react.
So, I turned and curtsied. "Hello Castiel. What an honor to see you again." I rose up and smirked his way before turning to lean against a nearby table. "To what do I owe the pleasure?" I was still smirking while I crossed my arms. Misha sobered up when he realized that I was ready for business. He walked forward, no longer as himself, but as Castiel: Angel of the Lord. He crossed his arms as well. "Macie, this is no time for games. Claire is in trouble." I remembered the beef Macie has with Claire, so I nonchalantly examined my nails. "And? How is that my problem? Let Dad and Uncle Sam deal with her." Castiel sighed in frustration at my antics. "Dean and Sam are not able to control her the way she is currently. They need help." I groaned and pushed myself off the table I was rebelliously leaning against. I looked up to Castiel with a sadistic smirk that felt foreign on my face at first, but grew to be comfortable. "Then you go help them, mighty Angel of the Lord." I hissed, then shoved my shoulder against his to move him out of the way. I strutted out of the camera's view, but I went to the edge of the set, making it easier for Misha to stay in character.
I slid back into my own skin; I became Raelyn again. Turning around, I heard the applause. Jensen, Jared, Kathryn, Mark, practically everyone was there, clapping. I was so in character I didn't see or hear them approach. Eric was smiling from his spot at the camera. I laughed and covered my glowing cheeks. "Guys, stop it." I tried to sound upset, but my smile and laughter gave my cover away. Jensen came up and hugged me. "That was amazing. I'm so proud of you sweetpea." He whispered in my ear. Tears of happiness filled my eyes. "Thank you." I whispered back, my voice slightly cracking. I reluctantly released him and looked to my friends.
I walked over to them and accepted their 'wow's, 'that was fantastic!'s, and 'best I've ever seen!'s. Seeing Kathryn, I smiled her way. She grinned back and lopped her arm through mine. "Girl, for a second there, I seriously thought you hated me." She laughed. I smacked her arm playfully. "Kat, never! I guess I'm just that good." I ended with a over dramatic smirk. Jared hollered over to me. "That you are Rae!" Everyone around me nodded. Jared and Jensen held up their phones. "We got it everyone!" They both yelled. I gasped. "Ya'll videoed me?" The bunch didn't look the least bit guilty. "Duh!" They exclaimed. "Totally posting that!" I just laughed and went to go get a quick drink before Raelyn West became Macie Winchester again.
