Part 14

You shifted your bag onto your shoulder, feeling a little bit weird, that you were barging into Thomas's house. His house was beautiful, it was a white mansion with to many rooms to count. You couldn't even explain it. The kitchen was absolutely amazing and the living room was stunning, "We...are staying here?" Lauren's nodded, "I know, Ive been here a bunch of times and the place is just beautiful! Well I better show you your room." You nodded and followed Laurens upstairs. 

Your room was amazing, there was a flipper fountain in your room! You looked around to see a king sized bed, a dresser and a closet, a large mirror, and a beautiful view of out front. Including the patio that led you there. It was amazing. "Omg, I'm staying here!" Lauren's nodded, "Jefferson chose it for you, to be honest I think he kinda likes you." You looked over to Laurens, "What!? But I've only just met him." Lauren's nodded, "Yes well Laf writes to Thomas a lot and, he speaks a lot about you. I could be wrong, but you never know." You shook your head and giggled, "Well, whatever, I love Laf and he's the only one for me." Lauren's nodded and walked out.

You quickly put on a stunning dress, because its a fancy place and you also heard Thomas is coming home early. You didn't know why he was, but you didn't question the doctors. You were changing when you heard a knock on your door, "Laurens Im kinda busy!" You yelled, "Um sorry to bother...but this isn't Laurens." You pulled your sleeve over your shoulder and opened the door.

The person standing there looked kinda like Hercules, except shorter and more of a cinnamon roll, "May I help you?" You thought it must of been a person who cleaned up the house, a maid. "Sorry, my name is James Madison, Thomas Jeffersons assistant. I wanted to tell you that Thomas is here and is in the dinner room with Laurens awaiting your presence." You nodded, "James was it." He smiled, "Yes miss." "Well I was wondering, do you live here to?" He nodded, "Yes, my room is actually right across from yours." He pointed to the door in front of yours, "Will you be joining us for dinner?" He frowned, "Sorry my presence will not be made at the diner table, I have a lot of work to do." You smiled, "Well, it was nice meeting you James. I would like to get and know you, for I will be staying for awhile." You started walking down the hall, but James called after you, "How long miss?" You smiled.

"About a year or two." Then you walked downstairs.

"Why hello Y/N, its good to see you at the dinner table." You sat down, "And its good to see you not laying in a hospital bed." He laughed, "Anyway I wanted you guys here to discuss for plan." Thomas set down his wine and gestured to Laurens, "Well, Laf, Herc, and Alex will be here in a couple of months, they said they didn't all want to come barging in at one time. But I still don't know who this girl is." Thomas shook his head, "I have no idea either, the only person who knows is Lafayette and he won't tell me." Lauren's nodded, "Anyway she has a whole group that is going to be ready to attack in about 8 months, we just have to find out who and where they are by that time comes." You looked around, "Then why am I needed?" Thomas whipped his head to Laurens, "You haven't told her?" Lauren's shook his head, "I didn't want to! Laf and her would get so mad at me." Thomas looked to you, "I am done with this shit,-" You stood up knocking your wine glass to the ground, "I hate these secrets, I hat when you don't tell me the truth, I am fully capable of knowing I am NOT a Child! Tell me now!" You slammed your fist on the table, Laurens started crying and Thomas sat back, 

"Y/N. You have to kill Laf, and use his blood to do some weird voodoo shit, to make Death appear, to stop the team." Lauren's fell to the ground and Thomas helped him up. You stood their shocked, The only way to save yourself, is to kill Laf, but why, why Him?

You ran to your room and slammed the door. You would not kill him, for yourself or the world to live! You loved him. You laid in bed and sobbed, when you heard a knock on your door, "I don't want to talk!" You heard James, "It seems like you found out, and you need to talk." You allowed him in and he came running to your side, "Its ok Y/N you don't have to Kill him." He stroked your hair, "But...but...then wouldn't everyone else die?" James nodded, "Im afraid thats so, the probably never told you the whole story." You looked up, "Whole story?" James nodded.

"Yes, you see, back when Thomas, Laurens, Alex, Hercules, Lafayette, and the other girl that no one speaks of, were little children, they made a deal with the devil that whoever fell in love first, man and woman love that is, would be sacrificed to the girl. Lets call her E, for evil, she always felt like she was in power and ruled them all, but little did the group know, she was actually the daughter of Satan, and they all agreed, so they cut their hands and mixed their blood together, and E drank it." Your eyes widened, "What kind of BS is that!?" James settled you down, "Its not, when Thomas met me, he told me, and I noticed he would never fall in love. Obviously Alex and Laurens fell in love, but it had to of been man and woman. Lafayette was the first one to truly fall in love with someone, and that someone was you. Now you must kill him, other wise you will die along with the others, and E will be in power." You shook your head, unable to comprehend this information. Who was the girl, Why did they know her? You sat in James's arms until Thomas walked in and ushered him out.

"Thomas, you do know who the girl is, don't you?" He nodded, "Yes, but if I speak her name, she will come, and kill us right here right now." The lights flickered, "Thomas, why did you get yourself into this!?" He shook his head, "I don't know Y/N, I just, she was just-" You put your finger to his lips, "Its fine, I don't want you to think about it." Thomas sat down, "I told Lafayette he was going to be he first, he just laughed at me and said that it was going to be me. Ive heard that, Hercules almost fell in love with you." You nodded, "Yeah I guess." The lights flickered again and Thomas got up to leave when you saw a shadow in the hall, "Thomas.." He turned to you, "Yes?" You blushed, "Will you just lay with me, only for a little bit." He smiled,"Yeah."

He came and laid right next to you, "Do you miss Lafayette?" He asked you. You teared up, "So much." He smiled, "Laf is a good person, and I'm glad he chose you." You started crying, "But in 8 months I either have to kill him or I die." Thomas wrapped his arms around you, not saying anything. 

For the first time in 5 hours, you smiled.

A/N How sad, well now you know that some weird devil stuff is going on. Anyway its kinda turning into a Modern AU, I'm not meaning it to be, but........yah. Also, its kinda sounds like its not a LafayetteXreader, but just you wait till Laf comes back.
