You finally arrived at your first real home later that night. Wammy's House was always such a comforting place for you, for you had finally been accepted somewhere. Looking through the house, you found familiar places that made you smile. Times that you and L had meetings with Wammy and Roger, when L beat those children up in the playroom, it all brought a smile to your face.
"Would you like to go to bed now, Tina?" Roger asked. Tina was your alias for this Wammy House visit.
"Please. I need to adjust to the time zone." You yawned, Roger rolling his eyes.
Your old room was still intact, your old PCs laying across the room. It's exactly how I left it. Looking at your door handle, you noticed a small dent in the contraption. "Roger, has anyone been in my room since we left?"
He shook his head. "Not that I know of. The maids know not to come up here, as do the children."
Sighing, you realized one of the kids had probably been through your stuff. "After the Kira investigation, I'm going to install a higher security system."
Roger bid you goodbye, you knowing he was tired of all of these kids. You closed your door, activating the hidden cameras in Wammy's. Watching the kids go to their bedrooms, you knew they were much better here than where they once were. Matt was in the game room, playing away. Roger came in, informing the young boy of the curfew. Mello and Near were nowhere in sight - which didn't surprise you in the slightest.
You dialed L's computer, realizing how late it was there. Oops. Then you remembered who you were calling, and were surprised when he didn't pick up. I guess I'll go to sleep.

L still hadn't returned your call, so you did not begin judging Mello and Near. From a local broadcasting service, you had been informed that the police (who were most likely the Kira Task Force) had told Kira that they would not accept Kira's terms. Frustrated that L hadn't called you, you decided to call Watari.
"T? Is there an emergency?" His fatherly voice soothed your worry.
"Hey, Watari. What's happened since I've been gone?" You played the lines of the phone cord.
He laughed. "A lot, actually. You've probably seen the release of the police's answer, so I'll move on from that." There was a small silence. "L thinks there are two Kiras, not just one."
"Yep. We discussed that before I left."
"Right. Since then, he gave Light Yagami a test. He suspects that Light is one of the Kiras, so he's letting him on the Task Force."
Sighing, you replied, "I see the good and bad in that. If Light's the second Kira, he could obtain L's name and kill him, since he already knows his face. If he's the first Kira, then he only has L's face. The people on the Task Force already know Light, so they could easily be knocked out."
"If Light knocks out all of the members on the Task Force, he'll have to kill us all at once. I don't believe he would kill his father, as the two seem very close. This probably hasn't hit England yet, but L had Light prepare a fake Kira message towards the second Kira. It should be broadcasted later today." Watari finished informing you of the latest.
"Thank you, Watari. I'll begin choosing between Near and Mello." You hung up, preparing to go to Mello's room first.
You checked the security cameras, and asked Roger if he had seen Mello today. Roger told you Mello usually sleeps in, so it was likely the boy was still asleep. Near would probably be awake, as he slept about as much as L. Near's room was luckily one floor under yours, so you quickly went down there to see what the boy was doing.
