Happy Birthday, Lucina!

As many of you already know, today, April 20th, is Lucina's birthday. I drew a picture for the occasion, like I always do.

Lucina was the first character in this series I ever loved, first as just a strong character who I could finally beat my brother with in Smash Bros., then as a person as I got to know her and her game more (She's a time-travelling warrior princess?! I don't need anyone to say anything more, whatever this game is, I need it!), and, finally, as a daughter. Thanks to her, I could take that journey right along with her, feel her fear, feel her pain, feel her love. And this journey, although through a screen, was one of the most real in my life. It is soundly what got me through seventh grade. It's a grand contributor to what feeds my motivation in eighth grade. And I wouldn't be half of who I am today without that journey. So before I get too wrapped up in this, happy birthday to Lucina, the finest daughter a woman could hope for.

Speaking of what makes me who I am today... we have a second special event to celebrate. I just happened to notice
that a week ago today, MMHunter  and I met exactly six months ago that day. Never in a million years would I have ever believed what our relationship would become from me finding a book online and liking it, but never in a million years would I ask for anything different. I met AnnaBanana813 a little later on, but I can't begin to tell you guys how grateful I am for both of your friendship and support throughout all this time. Has it really only been six months?! It's hard to believe what can change in six months sometimes. But no matter how long it's been, a huge shout-out to you two for just being there. You guys are the best.

Here's to Lucina's birthday, and to many more months to come for the Stress Squad!
