Barely a week later, everyone knew her. Except Nabil. They spoke to her a lot, and about her just as much. Especially the younger lads.

❝Erin's taking us to her favorite club tonight,❞ Leon explained as Nabil retrieved his bag from his locker. ❝Who?❞ The name was unfamiliar to Nabil. ❝The hot physio!❞ Leon wiggled his eyebrows.

Oh. Nabil hummed a reply; nothing of concern there. Leon chuckled, recognizing that his friend was uninterested. ❝Wish you could come,❞ he said, ❝it'll be so much fun.❞

But they both know he couldn't.

The dressing room was gradually emptying, and eventually Nabil followed suit. ❝See you ladies tomorrow,❞ he ruffled Leon's already tousled hair. Max, Alessandro and Johannes were among the few remaining, and they all bid him goodbye.

Nabil took one step out the dressing room, and immediately froze. Erin was standing before him, presumably about to enter. It was Nabil who spoke first. ❝Hi,❞ he uttered, smiling.

❝Hey,❞ a smile instantly formed on her lips. Since their last encounter, they rarely spoke. She hadn't been assigned to him so there was no reason to.

But there was something about him. Something about his calm demeanor that never seemed to waiver that made her almost drawn to him.

❝So did the guys tell you where we're going tonight?❞ She asked, her usual eager self resurfacing. He chuckled, nodding. ❝Sure you can't come?❞ She frankly wanted him to. ❝I could get you orange juice maybe?❞

Again he chuckled. ❝It's cool. You guys have fun,❞ he gave her a brief smile before ambling away. And the usually energetic Erin could only silently watch him go.
