For the next hour I sit with Grayson on the couch, cuddling and watching a movie of my choice. "Kristen-"
"I know what you're going to say but I had to cover you back otherwise they would of kicked the crap out of you."
"I could take on Bryce."
"But not the whole football team." I reply.
"I don't even understand how you got out?" Grayson laughs.
"Powers of a ninja." I repeat from earlier.

"Kristen. Kristen." Grayson repeats, nudging me.
"Hmm." I mumble, waking up.
"What's wrong?" He asks.
"What?" I question, sitting up.
"You were crying." Grayson states.
"No I wasn't." I reply but rubbing my wet face I realise how wrong I was. "Oh."
"Are you okay?"
"I guess my brain is just dwelling on today." I sigh. "I'll be fine." I give him a peck before rolling over. Grayson's arm and leg pull me into him and he kisses the back of my head. I fall asleep in his spoon.

The next morning I wake up under Grayson's arm. I kiss his knuckles and sit up, glad it's Saturday. "Too early." He Grayson growls, wrapping his arms around my body and laying me back down. "You need to sleep in."
"Body clock is broken." I scoff, yawning.
"Let me fix it." Grayson smirks, sucking my neck.
"You're so cute." I smile.
"Cute?" He exclaims. "That's not what a guy wants to be called."
"But you are cute."
"No, I'm a man." Grayson says, sitting up and climbing over me. "See I'm dominate."
"I have something for you." I state. "But it does require me to get up."
"Then it's not worth it." He smirks.
"Grayson."
Reluctantly he rolls to aside, allowing me to stand. I reach up for the cupboard and pull a little box off the top shelf. "It sounds dumb, but this is for you. Today is our one month anniversary." I say. "Maybe it's just me who thinks that's an achievement but-"
"Go downstairs." Grayson smiles.
"Why?"
"Just go downstairs."
"Okay but don't open that box until you're alone."
"Why?" He asks.
"Because it's embarrassing for me." I giggle, walking out the bedroom.
Approaching the bottom of the stairs I see a lit candle and some bread rolls and coffee. "An Italian breakfast?" I question with a smile.
"Something like that." Grayson replies, hugging me from behind and walking over with me to the table, not releasing me from the hug until he pulls out my chair for me. "Open the box."
There's a little present box on the table which I pull the lid off to see a little leaning tower of Pisa sculpture. "Thanks, I can hold my papers still with it." I smile.
"I'm taking you to Italy you idiot." Grayson laughs.
"What! Really?" I exclaim.
"Well Paris is the most romantic city in the world but I suppose Italy is nice." Ethan says, walking out from the kitchen.
"That's it." I say, standing up. "Give me that key back."
"Nope." He smirks.
"Ethan! I can't get a second alone with my boyfriend without you barging in." I snap which turns his expression cold. "What? I called Grayson my boyfriend because that's what he is, not you."
"Take your stupid key." Ethan mumbles, placing it in my hold but as I close my palm on the steel key Ethan fastens his hand around mine. "Just know one day you'll be giving it me back."
"Doubtful." I say, pulling my hand out of his and returning to the table.
"Cute pjs." Ethan calls after me. "Nice and short and tight."
Grayson stands up at the table with clenched fists. "Enough." I speak up. "Just go Ethan."
"And I'm taking Kristen to Rome because pasta is her favourite food and she's never been there." Grayson states.
"What ever you say Grayson." Ethan scoffs, opening my front door.
"It is." I snap.
"And that is the reason I'm taking you away."
