At school they told us
That every little act of kindness
Can have such a big impact
On one
On two
On each and every one of us.We never think to realize
That maybe holding the door for
That someone
Or even asking someone
If they are okay
Is a good idea.Because kindness is a fertile seed planted in every one of us
Waiting to be nourished and kept up to.
In the very core and edge lies
A burning ember waiting to ignite it.Perhaps people cause the fire to continue,
To burn the seed and every last bit of kindness
But I refuse to believe someone is
Completely evil.Even in the lost, the despaired,
The wicked and sadistic
Lies a small seed of kindness
That may have lost hopeBut it takes one
Act
Of
Kindness
To let that seed grow.Note:
You feel pain and that's natural.
It's not natural to voluntarily and intentionally inflict pain on others.
You don't have to be a saint, just don't be Satan ;)
