I thought time healed every wound
I was a fool to think that was true
As a matter of fact I think it's the total opposite
Time has turned little things into total havoc
And time has changed the things that were in reach to simply far fetched dreams
I remember standing silently in the hall
Simply observing things and analyzing my various outcomes of saying a simply "hi"
I remember believing Disney princesses saying that Prince Charming was coming
But time took that fairy tale and tore it to a million pieces
Today I said that I was done again
But this time I'm trying to really be true that
I'm done letting time convince me to try again
And I'm done letting your smile memorize me
I'm tired of being captivated by your laugh
