I would've like us to work out
Your sweaters would've fit me fine
They would've hung on me while telling the world "She's taken"
We could've watched scary movies until we knew all the lines
But we won't
I told you everyone leaves eventually
You swore you weren't like the rest
Now that I look back on it
You're right
You left the quickest
How kind
See the logical thing for me to do was to not get used to you
But it's hard when you speak to someone everyday
See them every week
And speak on the "future"
