Lukes POV
The photographer turned around as Blakes booming voice caught her attention. Her long hair whipped around as she turned around and stood up and then I almost hit the ground. Her face lit up and I ran and gave her the biggest hug lifting her feet off the ground. I couldn't believe my eyes. I inhaled deeply smelling the perfume she had worn that night. I pulled back a bit to look at the sparkle in her deep blue eyes and the way her nose scrunched when she flashed her perfect smile. I was in total aw and couldn't come up with words to say.
Blakes voice broke the silence," Hey man what the, do ya know this chic?"
I turned around with her hand in mine, "guys this is Beth"
I herd ahs and ohs as the guys recalled the story of me meeting her. She flashed me her smile again.
Blake walked over again and shook her hand.
"You guys go take a minute," he smiled and laughed.
He gave me a pat on the back and whispered, "don't lose her."
I gave a little half smile as I led her over under a big oak tree. I grabbed her by her waist and pushed her hair out of her eyes.
"How come you didn't tell me your were going to be here?"
She smiled back, "I didn't know! They didn't tell me who or where I was shooting becuase of confedentiality."
"Best suprise ever. I was so worried when you said you had to go back right after."
"Except I will be working all night," she said with a frown.
"I will make sure to save you a dance."
I gave her a another hug still in awe that she was actually standing in front of me. I led her back to the group of guys that were busy fooling around still bugging Blake that it was his last chance to run.
Beths POV
When I turned around I was stunned to see the one only Blake Shelton standing in front of me and before I knew it I had been grabbed by the waist. I could tell who it was even before I looked at him. His muscular arms wrapped around me pulling me in close. My heart remembered those arms and they way I could feel love pour out of his skin. I wanted time to stand still so I could just look in his eyes and be carried far away. Blake broke that wondering why Luke had done what he did. I was suprised when Luke told them who I was and that he had told them about meeting me. His fingers kept squeezing mine and then Blake told us to go have some us time for a few. We stood and talked for a few mins before I decided I should get back to work. It just felt so right being beside him. I hadn't felt this good since I had been in his arms last. We got back and I grabbed my camera. The guys definalty wern't going to be easy to shoot with how much jumping up and down and moving they were doing. I got them in the tall grass and just started snaping hoping and praying for some good shots. I followed them around the farm and took more. I looked at my watch and figured it wasn't going to be long until the bride got here and told the guys we better head back. Luke so sexy in his jeans with his western vest and suit jacket. I could tell Blake was getting more nervous. He kept ringing his hands together and had become more quiet. Luke held back to walk with me to the house. He carried my camera bag over my shoulder and kept flashing his grin at me. I nudged him and told him to go talk to Blake.
"Go talk to him, help calm him down,"
"Yeah he looks like he needs it."
They took off into the house and I waited out on the patio and took some shots of the guest arriving. Stacy and Mark showed up and showed me some of the shots on their cameras of the bride. I showed them some of the stuff I had captured. They asked if I was suprised and star struck being here and I had to laugh. I told them I had met Luke a couple of months ago so at least knowing one person had kept me calm. It was only a few minutes later that the guys made their way out of the house to the front of everyone and stood under the trellis covered in flowers. The music started and I went to work. The bride Miranda was stunning in white. It was a beautiful day out with perfect lighting so it really made my job easy. I kept stealing glances at Luke and love how involved he was and how seriously he took being the best man. All to soon they said kiss the bride and the ceremony was over. The bride and groom went into the house to steal a little alone time so we talked about the group shots we had to get yet as well as just the two of them. They came back out and we grabbed the rest of the wedding party. Everyone was dressed to the nines and it was easy to shoot such a good looking group. Only an hour later everyone decided to head to the reception. Luke came to walk back with me grabbing my equipment once again and lifting it with ease. I couldn't wait to see how these rich country folk parties. I don't think I could stop smiling if I had wanted to.
