Jakes eyes went as wide as dinner plates when that voice started to harmonize with him. I could harly contain my laughter. Luke followed behind me as we round around the back. He belted out the chorus before Jake stopped playing and stood their astonished at the voice that was coming out of the man in front of him. Pretty much everyones jaws dropped.

"Guys this is Luke," I giggled when no one knew what to say

Jake spoke up, "no shit sherlock."

Luke smiled again as I pulled up 2 lawn chairs. He sat down and dropped the cooler beside his feet.

"Okay if I have one," he asked.

I nodded my head as he opened the cooler and grabbed one for himself and then passed me one. He stretched out his legs and ran his fingers through his hair before winking at me. The girls still had deer in the headlights looks to them as they still couldn't believe who was sitting in the chair.

"Ya'll okay," Luke said grinning and looking around.

"Um yeah, but uh, why is Luke Bryan sitting at our camper," Kelly asked inching forward in her chair. She was still baffled at the fact he was here and I could tell she really just wanted to run up and grab his butt.

"I herd this girl singing and had to come find her," Luke said as he looked into my eyes.

I blushed and took another sip of my beer. I am sure everyone else saw the looks Luke kept looking at me. Luke finished his beer and Allan threw another his way. Everyone just kept starring our way not knowing what to say. I looked at Jake and told him to play another song. Jake play around for a minute, his mouth twitching as he was deep in thought. He decided on Night train and started playing. Lukes head bobbed to the music and his eyes closed as he leaned his head back. Jake licked his lips and started to sing. I could tell he was nervous doing it in front of Luke but luke just sat their smiling enjoying himself.

Lukes POV

I sat relaxed listening to Jake play. He wasnt half bad actually. This is how I liked to spend my evenings, just hanging out not having to play celebrity and putting on a show where ever I go. I looked at Beth and she had her eyes closed and a smile on her face, nodding to the beat. Jake start to sing and kept glancing at me nervously. I smiled at him and kept the beat clapping my hand on my leg. I took another sip of beer before I joined in. It was alot of fun sitting around just getting to play with music for once. I could tell everyone else was starting to relax as well. Kelly brought out her phone and started to video. She asked if it was and I told her it was fine. We finished Night train and laughed as I stumbed through the last little bit. I looked at Beth and asked if she would sing. She looked back at me with wide eyes and chewed her bottom lip.

"uh, sure I guess"

"How about Whisky Lullaby," I suggested looking at her.

She shook her head, "I'm not completely sure of all the words."

I sat in thought for a min, "Know anything from The Band Perry,"

Her eyes lighted up, "yeah you pick"

"Okay how about Better Dig Two."

Jake looked at me and gestured for me to take the guitar "I don't know that song."

"You sure man," I said as I got up and reached for it.

"Yeah no prob! Your much better then me anyways he laughed,"

I shook my head and laughed as well, "I dont know man, your pretty good."

I strummed a couple of cords getting used to it. Before I caught the beat of it and stared playing. I nodded with it and looked deep into Beths eyes. I could tell she was thinking of the song in her head and she missed the first entrance into it. I chuckled as she looked away nervously mad at herself for missing it. I counted slowly under my breath helping her find the spot again. She caught the first line and went into her own little world. I watched her lips as they curled around the words coming out. I leaned forward stumming a little harder before I added my own voice in. It was easy following her lead letting her voice carry mine. She opened her eyes and caught my glance. We seemed to be in a trance as we got lost in each others eyes, the words carrying on a conversation that we never decided to have. I strummed the last little bit before Sara's whooping and clapping broke our stare.
