Pain surged throughout her whole body. The Man just watched her. The scientists were trying various types of pain for 'angels.' "IT FUCKING HURTS STOP!" He shushed her, "It will be over soon, we just want to see how strong you are, once again."

"WHAT THE HELL IS YOUR GOAL? WHY DO YOU DO THIS ALMOST EVERY WEEK?!"

"To see if you have an inner angel," the Man said nonchalantly. The other scientists increased the pain and she screamed, breaking the lights as well as other materials in the room.

"Come on Lumi, show us your wings."

"I-if you wanted me to f-form wings, y-you could h-have just s-said so," Tiffany was on the verge of passing out from the pain.

"No, no, no, your true wings..." the Man thought for a while and gave a small smirk. "They may be invisible," he whispered to the other scientists, put some sort of supernatural scanner or x-ray on her." She watched as the scientists exited the room and went behind that tinted glass window. They pressed a simple button and everything flashed white. I'm... So... Tired... Of these people.. She moaned in agony, and shifted her head from side to side. Her being turned human and the Man had a grin on his face as he walked in, a photo in his hand. The Man bent down to her level and revealed the picture where she could view it. "You see this?" Tiffany barely nodded. He pointed to the wings, "Those are your angel wings. They are black, crippled, and appear to be out of shape or broken, somewhat to that effect."

"So I am an angel," she murmured and was knocked out.

Victoria had returned with Jordyn, both coming through the door. "Hey we're back and tired," Tori said. "Mmm," Tiffany averted her eyes, seeming a bit... Off. Derek stepped over and gave Tori a kiss on the head as Jordyn walked up to Tiff. "Hey you ok?"

"Yeah..."

"How are you?"

"'Fine,' Thank you."

"I can't tell if you're lying, dammit."

Derek eased Jor by patting her on the back, "She's fine." Tiffany glimpsed over at Der and walked over to the broken, boarded up window. Jordyn looked up at Derek and spoke, Tiffany began to block out what they were saying, not really listening or paying attention.

I should tell them that I am an angel soon... I should stop being such a liar too... Angels are supposed to be righteous right?... Tiffany picked at the wood a bit, Maybe... Maybe I shouldn't tell the others... They could be even more scared. Scared more of an angel than me being a demon... Derek read the description right.. I AM pretty much invincible...

Jordyn had been poking Tiffany's back for a while now and she finally noticed. "Hmm?" Jor examined her, "You have a serious- er- or depressed look on your face."

"I always look like that."

"But it's so much better when you smile. Oh by the way, what did you want to tell me and Tori?"

"Tell you and Tori what...?"

Victoria looked over at Tiffany, "Derek said you have something important." They all faced Tiffany now. Derek gave a serious nod, and Tiff sighed loudly.

"Fine... It's that I am not a... Sh-shadow... I am-"

A booming crash came through the window as well as a blinding white light. Breaking the dim lights, window, and wood. Then silence.
