Mac ran around a perfect pick from Kara and Emily threw her the ball. She shot the ball wide open in the left-hand corner of the court.
Me: Come on Mac! Sink it!
The ball swished threw the net perfectly.
Jeff Schuler (announcer for tonight's game): Three pointer for Mackenzie Kathman!
I was sitting next to Jordan with the girls' Varsity team. We all stood up cheering loudly. and making the three goggles.
Mackenzie was the second best three point shooter on the team. Lexi was the best, but Mackenzie could sink it from anywhere on the court. She has made four already in the JV game. She would most likely sink 5 in the Varsity game.

Coach Sturgeon: Thank you all for coming out. I just want to take this time to thank all of the parents and students for being here. Tonight we are here to recognize and thank our two seniors on the team. But first we are going to recognize the seniors on Bishop Brossart's team. So seniors when I call your name could you please got to half court and we will give you a flower...
Sturg said their names, but I really didn't pay attention. Then it came time for our seniors. Jordan walked up and took the mic from Jeff.
Jordan: Hi everyone! Okay our first senior we are going to recognize is Hannah Frickman...
Everyone cheered and Hannah walked onto the court with her parents walking from the opposite side. They met in the middle closer to the benches and hugged each other. They then all walked to the middle of the court. Savannah walked out with a bouquet of flowers and gave them to Hannah.
Jordan talked about Hannah's favorite memories, accomplishments, and what she would leave for some of the team.
Everyone clapped again, and Hannah and her parents walked over to coach Sturgeon. Kara took the microphone.
Kara: Okay, our last senior is Trisha Marks!
Trisha walked from where Hannah came and her parents and sisters met her halfway and they hugged and walked to the middle of the court. Trisha had a few tears in her eyes and her sister wiped them away for her. Paige walked over and gave Trisha an identical bouquet of flowers.
Kara said Trisha's favorite memories, accomplishments, and what she left for some of the team.
Some of them were. "For Kara, I leave the brains and heart to be the comic relief for the team. For Lexi, I leave my speed to leave other players in the dust. For Mackenzie, I leave my determination to keep going and always believe in the team and to keep the team going. And lastly, for Jordan, I leave my team. Next year you will be the leader of the team, and I know you will be a great leader. I leave you the strength to put up with how crazy they can be and to keep them in line."
The ceremony went on. Connor said a long speech to Hannah and Trisha from the team. Hannah and Trisha stood by each other and linked their arms both shedding tears from the amazing speech. After Connor finished, coach Sturgeon took back the mic and said his thank you's to Trish and Hannah. The two started crying again.
Fast forward to right before the game*
Jeff Schuler: Okay everyone before we do the prayer and National Anthem, we are going to have a live performance from Trey Delehani and none other than Trisha Marks!
Trisha and I came in from two different doors while the music started playing.
A/N dialog coming up is Trey and Trisha singing. I don't feel like saying every time that they are singing.
