I walked over to Will's table, seeing as he and his friends sat at a table beside us. By now lunch has started, and everyone moved to the cafeteria. It was huge, thrice the size of our high school cafeteria. My shoes kept making the most aggravating noise.  CLICK-CLUCK, CLICK-CLUCK.

"Hey. How are ya?" I asked, putting up that eyelash flickering.

"I'm good, you?" His silky brown hair short, and out of his face. "Well, I'm a little lonely tonight. Wanna go out?" I asked, wanting him to catch the hint that I liked him.

"Sure, I'll pick you up at eight? Whats your number?" He had a gleam in his eyes, he is definitely a big part in the 'cool group'. "Uh, I'll write it down for you."

I wrote my number on a small piece of paper and said "call me." A little grin followed, as I walked away.

When I returned to my table, the girls started squealing. "We saw what happened!" Said Ava.

"Was I that loud? I have a date at eight today. We have two lessons left. Anyone have law and business?" I asked. I didn't want to sit next to anyone too annoying.

"I have law" said Kaya.

"Business. Who's your teacher?" Ava asked. "Wait," I said, pulling my phone out of my purse. "Well, it says that I have Miss Seah."

We talked a little bit about our private lives, wanting each other to be the closest we could get. Smart move, me helping Janel when Jason was cheating on her. I've established a friendship.

As I walked to get a spoon for my cheesecake, I realised that my white, perfectly ironed shirt was full of beige stains...coffee. "Oops, sorry hun, next time, don't wear stilettos that are as big as your ego." she mumbled, clearly to annoy me. "Excuse me?! Do I know you? Oh, wait, I don't waste my time on cleaners." I said, smirking. She moaned, wanting to sound like her opinion mattered. She turned her back like a total diva, exposing a strand of blue hair.

Will walks up to me very fast, prepared with tissues. "Oh my God, do you have spare clothes? Here, take these." he said, passing the napkins cautiously, probably thinking I would attack him with threats.
"Thanks. Sadly, I don't have spare clothes, so I'll just need to wear a sweater on top. I'm just sad that its so sticky." I said, whining a little bit. Hey, it's alright to whine once in a while!

"Follow me, I have some spare clothes, though I dont know about the pants..."
He led me to his locker, revealing his padlock code. "My code is 22.42.56.2.0934. If you need anything, it might help you." he handed me a black shirt with some dull prints on them, totally my style, and some jeans.
I lay the jeans agains my legs, very much tanned, and found them to be not too big, but rather too long.
"Thank you, Will. It's perfect. I know what to do with the jeans."

He looked at me, a little bit astonished that I wasn't one of those snobby brats.
"No problem. That girl over there, she's Alex. Short for Alexandraa."

"Thanks for the information." Smile.
I started turning towards the girls bathroom, but was stopped mid-tracks.
"Wait. Will you be my girlfriend?" his face flushed rose-red.
"Yes"
He smiled and said "You're beautiful, dress clean or not." I smiled and disappeared through the thick crowds into the ladies bathroom.

I exited the bathroom with my hair in a messy high bun, Wills shirt and Jeans on. I rolled up the denim pants at the bottom so i would have a bit more...class, and less trash. My heels weren't still white, but thankfully, Janel had Black heels, which I would borrow.

Fifteen minutes later, after lunch break

"Haha, You're so dumb." screeched a little girl.

"Should she even go here? She's like...ten." I wondered, on the way to law.

"She thinks she's hot stuff. Shes in my Spanish class, she calls herself 'Anabelia' " Answered Kaya.
"Anabelia? I've never heard of it... Is she from around here?"

Just as Kaya wanted to answer, "BAM".
She fell to the floor, her blond hair soaked in red, thick blood. her head was leaking as fast as an open tap. "Kaya? Kaya can you hear me? Kaya! Somebody call the nurse!" I didnt see what happened, but looking at it this way, it was a girl with a blue streak in her hair. Alex. I pulled Kaya up, and had a few people who know me help carry her to the nurse' office.

"She got hit on the head with a locker. Bashed, really." I explained to the nurse. The nurse gave her some stitches, because thanks to the blue-headed baboon, she got her scalp smashed in one part.  I called Ava and Janel into the nurse' office, obviously running towards their classes and asking the teacher to let me talk to them as an emergency. We ran to the nurse and by now, Kaya had awoken, aware of her surroundings.

Her stitches had been complete, not too late, and we went to get Alex.

I burst into her science class, not caring that she was busy.

"Sir, I need to talk to Alexandraa, please, we have some VERY important business to attend to. Please." I said with a stern voice. "Alex get the hell out of this class you shallow freak. Get out." I grabbed her by the arm and led her to the principles office. Janel took it from there.

She explained the whole scenario and Alex had been put into trouble. Janel was then asked to leave the room, and Mr. Dugas spoke privately to Alex.

Kaya then went into the room with Alex and Mr. Dugas, and they spoke for ten minutes, until Kaya felt light-headed, and the three of us were permitted to take Kaya home.

Alex came out of the classroom.  "FREAK!"

I ran across the hallway and into the parking lot.  I started the car, and drove home at full speed, since the girls didnt unpack their things yet, they'd stay with us.
We lay Kaya on my bed, "but in an instant, it was like the whole world disappeared." She explained the next day.
