Hey guys, I had been asked a lot about research. I have researched a lot of facts about cancer and I based the main heroines story off of facts. You can get cancer if a plane explodes. The radiation can affect any part of your body and your cells get broken up and infected.

My Mum shipped my white 4x4 Porsche to our dorm. Apparently, college students get a discount on car and pet shippings.

"AVA WE'RE GONNA BE LATE!" I shrieked once again, finishing off my contour and hilights. My makeup brought the colour back to my face, since the past month, I resembled Draculas daughter.

"MY CONTOUR STICK BROKE!" She yelled. "I need to borrow yours!" I ran over to her room thirty seconds later and saw the disaster in her makeup bag. Giving her my contour stick, i blended my own hilighter.

"So what do you have first lesson?" I asked her with curiosity, wanting to know if we were in any of the same classes.

"Uh, English, then Spanish, followed by history." I was surprised that she didn't take French, knowing that Ontario and many more parts of Canada had fluent French speakers, meaning it would be easier to live here.

"You took Spanish?"

"Yeah, I thought that since we learnt French in school, maybe it would be cool to learn something different."

Nothing new. She always wants to learn something new.

Twenty minutes later

We pulled up at the gas station. I felt a sudden pain in my leg, probably the fault of my white stilettos. While I waited for the clerk to fuel my car up, and for Ava to buy us food, I texted Aiden.

-Hey. We need to talk.

-Hey baby. What's up? My flight to Ontario is in 2 hrs. Be there soon.

-You may want to break up with me after I tell you something.

...typing...

-I have breast cancer.

-What do you mean? Is this a prank? Is this Ava? Surely?

-It's not a joke. I have cancer. Our plane blew up and I suspect it's my dads fault 'cause the bomb that blew up our plane was Russian. The radiation gave me cancer.

-OMG! I'm so sorry. Why didn't you tell me earlier?

-I didn't have the chance. I love you. Bye💋

...typing...

...typing...

-I love you too.

But by this time, Emilia switched her phone off, to see Ava running to the car with a bag of food. "I got us Starbucks, and grilled cheese sandwiches and cheetos and chicken rice crackers. Let's eat!" She said, panting from all the 'running'.

I sped the car to school. This is the big moment.

Five minutes later

I stopped at the school parking lot, to find barely any space. My dress nearly got torn, the very short, white material almost catching on the car door. Ava and I rushed to the girls bathroom to touch up our makeup and to make sure we looked perfect. I put my brown, long hair into a ponytail, while Ava braided a strand of blond hair into a bun.

This moment would determine if we would be the 'cool kids' and if we would have any friends.
