Chapter 16: aplace in this world

I woke up to the sound of mommy singing a song.

"Do you remember we were sitting there by the water? You put your arm around me for the first time, you made a rebel of a careless mans careful daughter, you are the best thing hats ever been Mine. "

I got out of bed and started humming the song. I found mommy in her bathroom drying her hair. I'm guessing she just got out of the shower. I started to sing along.

"Fast forward and we're taking on the world together. "

Mommy turned around and saw me. I yawned.

"And there's a drawer of my things at your place. "

Mommy tickled my sides and I giggled.

"Alright, go get your clothes on top of your suitcase and get changed. "

I ran out of mommy and daddy's room. I went past the bathroom where daddy is taking a shower. He is singing Live Story. It is too deep!

"I knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring and said marry me Taylor Swift you'll never have to be alone I love you and that's all I really know I talked to your dad go pick out a white dress it's a love story Taylor just say yes. "

He said Taylor instead of Juliet and baby! I giggled quietly.

"Good morning daddy!" I yelled through the door.

"Good morning princess! Were you listening to me?" He asked.

"Maybe!" I skipped away.

I need to go get changed! I got the clothes off my suitcase. The shirt is white and it has a picture of the whole world on it. My shorts are a pretty light pink color. I ran back into my room to change. Then I went back into mommy and daddy's room. Daddy is sitting on the bed watching tv and mommy is doing her make up. I went into the bathroom.

"Mommy can you French braid my hair?"

"Sure honey!"

Mommy put on red lipstick and then started to brush my hair.

"Do you want to get breakfast from Starbucks?" She asked me.

"Yes!" I replied.

Once all of us were ready, we had the limo driver drive us to Starbucks. I got a blueberry muffin and apple juice since daddy said it's too early to have lemonade. I ate my muffin and drank my apple juice in the limo. We got to Disney as soon as I put the last piece of the muffin in my small mouth. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world! I have Taylor Swift as my mommy and Calvin Harris for my daddy! For some reason, mommy calls Calvin, Adam. Mommy helped me out of the limo and we walked to the entrance. We gave the lady our tickets and went in. We walked around a little bit before we found a ride.

"Let's take Addie on test track!" Mommy said.

"She will love that!" Daddy agreed.

"What's test track?" I asked.

"It's a ride where you sit in a car and go through different tests and at the end you gi really fast! You'll love it, I promise. " mommy said.

I nodded

I hope mommy is right. I don't want to go on another scary ride! We got in line. We got closer to the front and someone had to measure me to make sure I'm tall enough. They said I'm just tall enough. We got even closer to the front and I can see the cars we are going to ride in.

"What color car do you think we are going to get, daddy?"

"Hmmmm" he thought for a minute. "Red. "

"I think it will be... blue!"

I hope it's blue. Blue is one of my favorite colors. I also like purple. But I like blue more. We got to the front of the line and the red car moves away.

"We get the blue one!" I said excitedly.

We climbed in and I sat between mommy and daddy again. The seatbelt is just like a real car! I put it on all by myself and someone checked it. My pretty blue car moved. We went through the turning test, cold test, and hot test. I love this so far! I've been smiling for the whole ride.

"Now we are going to go fast!" Daddy said.

He put his arm across my legs and mommy held my hand. The car stopped for a minute, then took off really fast! We went down a hill and I screamed. We kept going really fast. I love going fast! I walked out of that blue car with a huge smile.

"Did you like that, Addie?" Mommy asked.

"I didn't like it... I loved it!" I said.

We walked around for a while again.

"Nemo!" I pointed.

Nemo is standing right there!!

"Do you want to go on the Nemo ride?" Daddy asked.

"Yes! And take a picture with him. "

Nemo waved his fin at me. He actually waved at me!! I squealed and ran over to him to give him a big hug.

"Take a picture!!" I told mommy and daddy.

They both pulled out there phones and took a picture. I hugged Nemo one last time and then followed mommy and daddy into the line for the ride. It was a very slow ride but I got to see Nemo and Dory and the sharks! We went to see some of the animals and then went back to the hotel after a few more rides. I was watching Nemo on the tv when mommy called me.

"Addie!"

I went into mommy and daddy's room and climbed up on their bed to sit down.

"We have a surprise for you! But before we go, you need to change clothes. Go change into the ones on top of your suitcase." Daddy said.

I ran TI my suitcase. I wknder what the suprise is?
