"Never grow up" (~TS~)

Chapter 18: Fearless

I screamed.

I just had a really bad dream about that elevator ride from 2 days ago. I was sitting next to my old daddy and we went into the elevator and went down. But we never stopped, we just kept going. I woke up to see mommy and daddy sitting on my bed.

"Are you okay?" Mommy asked.

I nodded.

Mommy and daddy looked at each ither. I noticed it's light in the room and daddy is already dressed.

"Is it time to get up?" I asked excitedly.

"Yes. Here you go. " daddy handed me my clothes.

Mommy and daddy left the room. I got up out of bed and spread my clothes out on the floor so I can look at them. My shirt is green and has shrek, Fiona, and donkey on it.

I smiled.

My jean shirts are all black with little diamonds going around the leg holes. I quickly got changed. I wonder what we are going to do today? Last night I had dinner with the princesses and it was really fun! I wonder if today is going to be even more fun? I picked up bug from my bed and hugged him.

"I'm going to try to be Fearless today. " I told him.

I set him back down and skipped all the way to mommy and daddy's room.

"Mommy!!" I yelled.

"I'm in the bathroom!"

I opened the door. Mommy is putting on her bright red lipstick.

"How do you want your hair?" Mommy asked.

I thought about that for a minute.

"Two French braids!"

Mommy smiled and got to work.

"Where are we going today?"

"We are going to Universal Studios, princess. " daddy said.

He came into the bathroom and sat in the toilet lid.

"Is that in Disney too?"

"Nope. It's a different park but you'll love it!"

I smiled.

"Mommy?"

"Yes Addie?"

"I told bug that I'm going to be fearless today. "

"That's awesome!"

I feel very proud of myself. I am going to ride lots of rides, even if they seem scary.

"Are you almost done?" I asked.

"Yup! I just have to put on the last hair tie... all done!" Mommy said.

Finally! That took forever! I wish I could do that by myself. I only know how to do regular braids, not French braids. I'll learn how to do it eventually.

"Are you ladies ready?" Daddy asked.

I shook my head yes.

As soon as mommy opened the door, I ran out and went to the limo. I left mommy and daddy. Oops. The limo driver helped me into the limo. Then mommy and daddy came running out if the hotel. They climbed into the limo and sat beside me.

"Addison Olivia Swift!" Daddy said.

I jumped.

The never use my whole name!

"You do not run away from us!"

"You could have gotten hurt or somebody could have kid napped you!" Mommy said.

I started to cry.

"Don't hurt me! I sowy mommy and daddy! I won't do it ever again!"

Mommy and daddy looked at each other. Then back at me.

"We will never hurt you! Just don't do it again, okay?" Daddy said.

"I promise!"

I didn't think mommy and daddy would have gotten so mad. I was just trying to be fearless! And I'm just really excited to get to Universal. The limo driver opened the door and helped me out. I have no idea where I am. It's a little bit dark and there are lots of cars.

"Where are we?" I asked 

It doesn't look much like an amusement park.

I looked around again.

"Right now we are just in a Parkin garage. " daddy said.

I grabbed onto his hand and walked into a different area.

"Do you want me to carry you on this?" He asked.

I looked at the floor I front of me. It's moving!
I nodded.

I know I said I would be fearless, but this is really scary! Daddy picked me up and I hugged his neck really tight. He stepped onto the moving floor thing and stopped walking, but we are still moving. Woah! This is so cool! It's not even scary like I thought it was.

I smiled.

Then daddy stomped off and started walking again. We got to a place with a lot of buildings. I wiggled free of daddy's arms and grabbed onto mommys hand.

I looked around.

Something tells me this isn't an amusement park either. But it is still cool!

I smiled.

We eventually got to a place with a lot of people in lines. We got I to a line as well. Once we got to the front of the line, a guy took our tickets and told us to have fun. The people at Disney weren't this nice. We walked over to some rides.

"Minions!" I pointed to a sign.

I'm not sure if that's what it said or not but there's one next to the word.

"I think this is a ride.  Do you want to ride it?" Mommy asked.

"Yeah!"

We got Inti another line. It's so hot here! I'm already starting to sweat. We got to the front of the line and got let into a building. It is air conditioned! Then we had to go into another line and get silly looking glasses.

"How many?" A man asked.

"3. " daddy replied.

"Lane 4"

I followed mommy.

After we rode most of the rides, it was time to go back to the hotel. I can't believe I met Barney though! He is like amazing!   I like this place a lot more than Disney! Except the part when I got to meet the princesses, that was really amazing.
