"Surprise, surprise," I said annoyance very evident in my voice, "Missed me?"

Xavier smirked, "Of course, We need to talk."

He leaned against my jeep, blocking my entrance to the driver side.

"I don't want to talk," I said, "Can you move?"

"No." he said simply. His arms were crossed and stubbornness was written all over his face, "Please Clara. I want to apologize."

His eyes caught my attention. They were a beautiful green color. I scoffed at him.

"Apology not accepted."

"You pushed me." he said coldness in his eyes came back.

"I didn't do anything." I said, angered was consuming me.

"You were going to reject me!" he shouted and it startled me.For a second he looked regretful before turning to his cold statue self.

"I had a choice. You took it away!" I pulled down my shirt and flashed the mark he placed on my neck. Two red moons.

"I want you and I need you.My pack needs you. Without you we will not survive." he said and anger consumed me. He doesn't care for me. He only cared for his own kind.

"I do not want anything to do with you dogs!" I said while trying to push Xavier out of the way so I could open my door. But he didn't budge. Instead he let out a low growl, and grabbed my wrists.

"You can't escape this. I know you feel the bond," his eyes searched through mine trying to find something to hold onto. I tried to escape his grip but he was too strong. I did feel something. It scared me.

"You don't know shit about me,"I began to say, his arms snaked around my waist. I gasped at the contact. My heart beat quickly and I felt scared to breathe.

"Let me get to know you," he said, his free hand grabbed my neck gently.

"You did this to yourself. Just remove the mark and you can move on," I said trying to get out of this situation but his grip was too strong.

"I can not remove your mark and there is no moving on," he said, "You can never leave me, and I will never let you. This doesn't just effect me. It effects the whole pack"

"I barely know you." I said as his grip loosened, but I was in a trance. I didn't want to leave him in this moment.

"Just give me a chance," his eyes were pleading.

"Clara!" Nick's voice knocked me out of the trance I was in. I stepped back away from Xavier. Nick came to visit old friends and watch his brother practice.

"You heading out?" he asks and I simply shake my head. Xavier let out a small growl, before turning his head.

"Yes," I said smirking. I was trying to cover any emotions Xavier had made me feel.

Nick comes to my side and stares at Xavier. It was a stare out of curiosity.

"I'll give you a ride Clara," Nick said before taking the keys from me.
