Tiffany watched Sooyoung reading the last chapter of the Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. Sooyoung wasn't the only reader that night. There were several other philanthropists who also read their own choice of books.

Sooyoung's uncle and aunt proudly looked at their niece. Everyone seemed to be carried away by her narration. Everyone except Taehyung. That guy stood quite far from the stage. Instead of paying attention to his fiance, Taehyung watched Tiffany secretly. That girl was listening to Sooyoung's story attentively.

Taehyung sighed as he glanced at her wounded hand. He wanted to ask if her hand still hurt or not. At that moment, Tiffany accidentally glanced at him. They locked eyes for a second.
Tiffany quickly looked away.  Her heart felt so weird. Taehyung was like a magnet that kept drawing her eyes toward him. That bastard! Even in front of his fiance, that guy still stared at other girl.

Tiffany felt sick all of a sudden. She felt like throwing up. She quickly strode to the toilet. After vomitting her dinner, Tiffany took out some kleenex and wiped away beads of sweat on her face. She felt really tired. Tiffany sat on the toilet and sighed. She glanced at her arms. There were several red spots and purplish bruises. She decided to stay there until her sickness disappeared.

And when Tiffany got back to the bar, she found Sooyoung had finished her reading. That girl was clinging to her fiance. They were talking with Sooyoung's family. Tiffany could only watch that couple from afar. Slowly and gradually, her heart started to ache.

It was the third times that week Tiffany asked to leave work early. To be honest, Yuri was reluctant to give her a permission, but to see how pale Tiffany's face was, she decided to go easy on her.

"I think Tiffany is hiding something from us." Hyoyeon promptly whispered to Sunny as soon as Tiffany had left.

"What do you mean?" Sunny glanced at her suspiciously.

"You know... She's been acting weird. She kinda loses her appetite, she looks pale, gets tired easily... And," Hyoyeon lowered down her voice as if she was telling a forbidden secret, "Tiffany often throws up." Her eyes were full of glint.

Sunny frowned and wrinkled her nose. "Are you telling me something?"

"You know what symptoms they are,  don't you?"

Sunny paused. "No way!" She shook her head. "Tiffany can't be... She can't be.... "

Hyoyeon nodded. "I think she is."

"What are you guys talking about?" Jessica loomped up. "Are you talking about Tiffany?"

"Shhhhtttt!" Hyoyeon put her forefinger on her lips. "Don't talk too loud. Yuri ssi might hear us."

"Do you really think Tiffany is.... Pregnant?" Jessica craned her neck.

"Aish, Jess!" Hyoyeon glowered at her. "Didn't I tell you to lower your voice?"

"I can't believe it.... It's Tiffany we're talking about." She raised her eyebrow.

"So how will you explain all of the symptoms she has?"

Jessica sighed, "I know Tiffany has become weaker these weeks. She often has a headache.... But I still can't believe if she's preggo."

"I know...." Hyoyeon crossed her arms.

"But who's the father?" Jessica continued, "Tiffany doesn't have a boyfriend. And she rarely hangs out with men."

Sunny bit her lips. She only had one image in her mind, but she hesitated to say it.
