Taehyung took a step backward. He frowned.

"Mianhae," Sooyoung bowed her head. She couldn't even look Taehyung in the eye. Her face blushed. She walked out of the coffee shop hastily.

Taehyung was startled, but he quickly got back to earth. "Sooyoungie!" He called her.

Sooyoung turned around. She squeezed her purse. "I am sorry I had to surprise you like that.... " Her eyes looked straight at her fiance. "But I couldn't contain my feeling any longer. We've been engaged for so many years, yet we never even had kissed."

Taehyung really didn't know what to say. He was so baffled.

"I want to know if you have any feelings for me or not." Sooyoung came closer, "I want to know how you see me. Do you see me as a friend or as something more?"

Taehyung gulped. He never thought Sooyoung would question their relationship like this. "I love you," he opened his mouth after a few seconds, "as my childhood friend and the best friend I've ever had."

Sooyoung looked at her fiance and frowned. "Do you.... Do you not see me as anything more than that? Or..." She was suspicious, "do you have someone else in your heart?"

The way Taehyung looked at her that moment made Sooyoung realize that she actually didn't know Taehyung the way she thought she had.

"I have someone in my heart and I love her more than anything in this world." Taehyung gave his fiancee an apologetic stare. "I've wanted to tell you about it and ask you to break off our engagement."

Sooyoung felt as if the earth beneath her feet suddenly cracked wide open. She faltered. "Who is she? Who is that girl?"

Taehyung looked into her eyes, "it's Tiffany."

"Ti-Tiffany?" Sooyoung could not believe what she had just heard. "Tiffany who?"

Taehyung felt really sorry for her.

Sooyoung clutched his arms, "is it Tiffany Hwang from SNSD Coffee Shop?"

Taehyung nodded his head. "Yes, it's her. I love her."

Sooyoung looked really shocked. She slowly let go her clutch on Taehyung's arms.

"I'm sorry.... I didn't know that you felt that way about me..... " Taehyung bit his lips.

Sooyoung tried to smile. "I am hurt by your confession..... I've loved you for so long.... But you love someone else. What should I do now?"

    "I'm sorry...... "

"Since when you fell in love with Tiffany?"

Taehyung looked up to see the night sky. "Since the first time we shared the same Hamdeok sky."

"I don't understand..... " Sooyoung closed her eyes. She sighed. "It doesn't matter. I've finally got the answer to my question all these years. I am happy for you.... I promise to tell my family that we're no longer engaged."
Sooyoung turned around and was going to her car, but Taehyung grabbed her hand.

She quickly let it go, "my hand is not the one you should hold like that..... "

"Mianhae, Sooyoung-ah.... " Taehyung whispered as he watched his ex-fiancee got into her car.

As soon as Sooyoung drove her Mini Cooper and left Taehyung behind, she couldn't hold back her sorrowful tears any longer. Sooyoung cried as hard as she could.
