"Taehyung-ah, can you come to SNSD Coffee Shop tonight?" Sooyoung whirled her chair while making a phone call.

"SNSD Coffee Shop? Why?" Taehyung frowned.

"There's something I want to say to you. And I know you like that place, don't you?" Sooyoung's voice sounded so cheerful.

Taehyung smiled. "Okay, I have something to say to you too. And you chose the perfect place to meet up."

"See you there. And oh, you don't have to pick me up. I'll drive my car there."

    "Anything you say." Taehyung smirked.

Sooyoung laughed and hung up her phone. She hadn't met Taehyung for more than a month now. She had just got back from Washington. To be honest, all she ever wanted to do was sleep all day and recover from a jetlag. But she needed to see Taehyung today. That guy always forgot about their engagement anniversary.

Sooyoung combed her hair and put some lipstick on. She looked at her reflection in the mirror. She didn't look bad at all. Sooyoung turned to the souvenirs she had bought in US. Some of them were for her uncle and aunt. Some of them were for Taehyung's grandfather and Gong Yoo. And some of them she bought especially for her fiance.

"Maybe I shouldn't have bought him anything. He didn't even give me a call while I was in Washington. What a lousy fiance." Sooyoung put down a white box that was beautifully wrapped. She reached for another box. A pink one. She bought it for Tiffany.

"Ah, I forgot. I should call Tiffany." Sooyoung dialed her friend's number. "Hmm, Tiffany ssi doesn't pick up her phone." She tried again. But Tiffany's number was diverted.

"Well, I better go to SNSD Coffee Shop now."

"Tiffany went out for a while. Do you want to leave a message?" Sunny smiled awkwardly.

"It's all right. Uhm, can I ask you a favor?" Sooyoung put her hands together.

"Sure. What can I do for you?"

"I'd like to make a reservation for tonight. And can I order a white cheese cake? I know I ask too much, but is it possible if your chef makes the cake for me? I really love his maccaron."

"A reservation and a white cake for tonight?" Sunny puzzledly looked at her customer.

"Yes." Sooyoung seemed so bright. "Please tell me you can. Please..... "

"I'll ask my manager first. Please have a seat."

"Thank you. Thank you so much."
Sunny left Sooyoung to talk to Yuri in her room. But just before she knocked at the door, Sunny looked over her shoulder. I hope everything will be alright for Tiffany. I really have a bad feeling about it.

Taehyung smiled when he saw Sooyoung waved her hand at him. She looked so pretty in her green shirt and a pair of white trousers. "Look who's just got back from Washington? Did you bring me something?"

"Should I? Do you think you deserve anything from me?" Sooyoung punched Taehyung's chest. "You didn't even give me a call."

"Haha," Taehyung looked around to catch a glimpse of Tiffany. But he didn't find her. "I was... Pretty busy lately." He lied.

"So busy that you forgot what day today?"

"Eung, it's Tuesday?" Taehyung scratched his cheek.

"Huh," Sooyoung rolled her eyes. "I knew you wouldn't remember." She looked past Taehyung's shoulders. Kwangsoo was standing by the pantry door, holding a white cake that Sooyoung had ordered. She nodded.

Kwangsoo brought the cake to their table. Taehyung raised his eyebrow. "Whose birthday today? It's not yours. I know that for sure."

Sooyoung smiled, trying to hide her annoyance. "It's nobody's birthday. Try harder."

Taehyung looked so dazed. "Is it your aunt's birthday?"

Sooyoung touched the cake cream lightly with her fingertip and smeared it on Taehyung's lips. "You're really forgetful. Maybe I should leave you here so you can remember what day is today." She took her purse and walked away.

"Wait! Wait!" Taehyung ran to catch Sooyoung. But that girl was already by the door. Taehyung quickly grabbed her elbow.

Sooyoung suddenly turned around and kissed Taehyung's lips.

Kwangsoo almost dropped the cake he was holding. "Omo!"

Sunny, Hyoyeon, and Jessica looked at them bewilderedly. None of them had seen it coming. Not even Taehyung.

At the same time, Tiffany had just arrived in front of SNSD Coffee Shop. She saw Sooyoung kissed Taehyung without blinking. She took a deep sad breath and slowly turned around. She could feel something so painful thrusted into her heart.[]
