Happy birthday song over there>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Angela and Lola over there>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
..............................................................................................................................................................................
It was 4th period better known drama class. This is one of the many classes I have with Lola and Angela. One our walk here they were really tense and Lola couldn't stop smiling
"Lola, why so happy?" I asked,
"Who me? No reason, just excited for drama class." She said.
I guess this isn't unusual because Lola loves drama since she wants to be a actor soon. Lola's plan for the future is to move to L.A. and become a movie star, not that I don't support her but I wish she would get a more practical dream, like being makeup artist or something. Don't get me wrong Lola is really good and I mean really good, she can get in character like that. A disadvantage is that she's really good at lying, she makes you believe her just by the way her face looks. Lola can look very serious, I mean like poker face. There's no way you can break her. Sometimes I wonder if Lola has ever lied to me, I mean I asked her a couple of times and she always convinced me that she would never do such a thing. Of course she is a actress so I guess I never know, I always believe her though, what choice do I have? When we got into drama class we took our seats. The drama classroom is like a mini auditorium because we always do hands on acting there. I'm a pretty good actor myself but not nearly as good as Lola.
"OK class. let's begin." Said Ms.Lesta as she took place on the small stage. "Were gonna have a little fun today, including Lexi who's birthday is today." The whole class broke into cheer including some hoots from the guys.
"What's going on?" I whispered to Lola.
"I have no idea." Lola said innocently. She's good.
"Lexi come on up." Ms. Lesta said. I walked nervously on the petite stage, what's going on? "Lola you can start now." Ms. Lesta said. I knew she had something to do with this. Lola came up to the stage and gave me a bear hug.
"Happy birthday Lexi!" She whispered very loudly in my ear. "Now everyone it's Lexi's birthday and were gonna put on a play!" A play? "And of course it's dedicated to Lexi" She said signaling in my direction. "Angela, you know what to do." Next thing I know i'm being dragged to backstage by Angela.
"I'm sorry Lexi but they are preparing out there and you can't see." Angela said.
"Don't worry after class i'm gonna get you and Lola alone and then i'm gonna kill the both of you after this is all over!" I was angry and seething. Behind the tiny auditorium is a even tinier backstage. It's the size of a big mop closet and apparently where Angela is temporarily holding me hostage.
"I really am sorry but it'll be worth it, you'll see." She said trying to convince me.
Eventually I was allowed to come out, but not before one of the strongest guys in the class picked me up and put me in the seat closest to the stage.
"Thanks?" I said to the guy.
"No problem." He said.
The show started Ms.Lesta announced the characters and apparently Lola is playing the lead (of course).
The story is about this girl who's birthday is that day. Everyone loves her so they planned a surprise party for her, but they have to avoid her cause they will be planning the party all day. There were a lot of scenes where the girl sees a friend and they always say that they have something to do and somewhere to go. Now the girl (Lola) was sad, she thought everyone forgot her birthday and they hated her. But then she came home that night to a surprise party. Then Lola led the whole cast in the song 'happy birthday to you' .

Lola has a powerful singing voice, she can really sing. I've been told I have a great voice too, but not nearly as great as Lola's. The play ended and though it was a corny plot I really enjoyed it. Lola came off the stage and sat next to me.
"Did you like it?" Lola asked.
"I loved it, but you could've gave me warning." I said.
"But then it wouldn't be a suprise."
"I'm a pretty good actor, not as good as you but I could have still acted surprised."
"A suprise is a suprise and you loved it right?"
"I guess." I said. Ms. Lesta came onto the stage.
"In my opinion that was a great play, and dedicated to Lexi the birthday girl. "Lola had asked me to let her and a group do a play for Lexi as a grade of course for their exam this week. I will continue the exams all week so make sure your group has something prepared. Lexi your group can go on Friday so you have extra time."
"Thanks, Ms. L!" I said.
"Consider it a birthday gift, SURPRISE!." Ms.Lesta exclaimed. What a cocky teacher.
When the bell rang Lola, Angela, and I walked to lunch together like we do everyday. When we got to lunch we sat at our usual table by the window which is actually the best table in cafeteria. Lola looked really giddy like when we were on our way to drama. Did she have something else planned?
"Lola you're scaring me with that happy look." I joked.
"It's nothing." Lola said turning her expression 'poker face'.
Halfway through lunch almost the whole football team came over with a giant cake singing happy birthday in bass tones.
"OH! You guys are awesome!" I started crying as they put the cake on our table.
"Your crying? You don't like chocolate? I knew we should've got vanilla." One of the guys said.
"Thier tears of joy you meathead." I joked. "Lola did you have something to do with this?" I knew she did.
"No, I had everything to do with this." Lola said. I heard Angela clear her throat. Lola added,"With a little help from Angela I guess."
"I love you guys." I said. "This cake is huge!"
"Well we didn't have any money so we decided to pay the football team in cake." Lola explained.
"I don't know, I might eat all myself." I joked. "I really like cake."
"Oh and I almost forgot," Lola said. "SURPRISE!"
Suprise! Man I love Lola.
