I tell Jordyn every detail, from when Tyler first walked into the elevator to right before I introduced her to him. I begin to feel guilty for all the lies I told Mikayla earlier.

"That's incredible!" Jordyn says.

"You're not mad that I didn't tell you?" I ask nervously.

"Of course not! I would have done the same. I would want to make sure Tyler fell madly in love with me before I told you guys about it, so that you would have a harder time stealing him from me." Jordyn messes with a strand of her bright purple hair.

It feels as if a heavy load is lifted off my shoulders. I'm relieved to know that at least she won't hate me for keeping my new friendship with Tyler a secret. "Don't forget he's still in the same room as us," I warn her.

"I'm not used to having to keep things like this a secret," Jordyn says. "It's not like people usually care about my celebrity crushes."

"Well, he's just right over there and he can probably here you since you're so loud." I point back over my shoulder where Tyler is still talking on the phone.

"What? You don't want him to know that he's your lock screen?" Jordyn asks me a little too loud.

"If you don't shut up, I might just stab you," I threaten.

Jordyn shakes her head. "You wouldn't because Tyler doesn't seem like the person who would be into murderers."

I'm about to say something else, but Tyler comes back just then. "Josh got a little busy, so he won't be coming for another week longer than what we planned," he informs me. "I guess I'll have to bother you for even longer."

"You can bother me as much as you want!" I smile at him excitedly.

That didn't sound creepy and weird at all.

"Great!" Tyler returns the smile.

Jordyn looks down at the time on her phone. "I guess I should go pick up the food we ordered. I'll just leave you two alone." She winks at me as she walks away. When Tyler's back is to her, she takes a few pictures with her phone before leaving the hotel.

"So," Tyler begins to ask, "am I really your lock screen?"

I feel my cheeks warming up. "You heard that?"

I'm going to kill Jordyn the next time I see her!

He just shrugs. "I heard some of what you guys were saying; your friend talks really loud."

I don't say anything since I feel so embarrassed. I've already showed Tyler that I'm one of those creepy fangirls, but now he knows that I'm a creepy fangirl that has a crush on him.

"So, can I see what picture it is?" Tyler asks jokingly.

I shake my head. My lock screen is currently a picture edited to make it look like Tyler and Josh are kissing. Even though I have a huge crush on Tyler, I still ship Joshler. "You're never allowed to see it."

"Is it that bad?" Tyler asks

"Is it that bad?" Tyler asks.

"Not in the way you're thinking," I assure him, "but it's probably the most embarrassing thing on my phone, though."

Well, except for all of the fan pages I'm following and fanfictions I've read.

"Well, I'll get you to show it to me sometime," Tyler sighs.

I roll my eyes. "That will never happen."

"You say that now, but things change," he points out.

"Unless I change into an even bigger embarrassment, you would have to kill me before I'd show it to you." I put my hands on my hips.

"Fine," Tyler puts his hands up in defeat, "I guess I won't be seeing your lock screen any time soon."

"So what movie are we going to watch?" I ask Tyler to change the subject.

Tyler shrugs. "Whatever we choose when we get there, I guess."

"That's well planned," I say sarcastically.

"It's a better plan than I've had for most dates," Tyler admits.

Did he just call it a date?

"The last date I went on, I ended up having spaghetti fall down my pants," I tell him.

"How does that even happen?" Tyler asks. "Wait, nevermind! I probably don't want to know."

"It's not a dirty story, I swear," I assure him. "Well, except for the fact that I was completely covered in food, but that's a different type of dirty." I wave my hands, dismissing the idea. I go on to tell him the story of the huge disaster of a date I had. When the story is finished, Tyler can't stop laughing.

"It's not funny! I couldn't get rid of the smell of tomato sauce for weeks!" I say. He doesn't quit laughing, but begins to laugh even harder.

Tyler manages to speak between laughs, "Remind me to never to take you to get Italian food."

"If we avoided any places where I've done something embarrassing, I wouldn't be able to go any where." I tuck a strand of my hair behind my ear to keep it out of  my face.

"(Y/N)," Tyler says, "You are one of the most interesting girls I've ever met."

I roll my eyes. "Then you must not talk to a lot of girls. My life is about as boring as it can possibly get."

Tyler shakes his head. "I mean personality wise."

"Again, you must not talk to a lot of girls," I say dryly.

Tyler begins to explain, "You're funny and honest! You also claim to just be an obsessed fan girl, but you act differently than a lot of the clique members. Most of them can hardly say a word to me, but you have no problem accusing me of breaking elevators."

"Tyler, you haven't even known me for a whole day; I don't think you know enough about me to decide if I'm boring or not," I tell him.

Tyler pauses to think about how he will respond. "Then let me get to know you better to see who's right."

I raise one eyebrow. "Are you trying to turn this into some sort of challenge?"

"I guess that's exactly what I'm doing," Tyler admits, shrugging.

"Well, if you want to waste your time trying to make me think I'm not boring, go ahead," I say.

Tyler pauses to think some more. "To make things more interesting, the winner gets make the loser do one thing for them."

"Challenge accepted," I shake Tyler's hand, making our deal official. "By the end of this vacation, I will convince you that I'm extremely boring."

"Don't be so sure about it," Tyler says. "I'm the lead singer, so I'm usually right."

A/N:

Is it sad that the picture actually is my lock screen? Since I'm pretty angry right now so I'm going to go on a little rant here. You might just want to skip this author's note. Just a warning, I mention suicide and cutting. So, our church service yesterday had a guy talking about how he used to be suicidal and he how would cut himself. He told everyone that when he looks at his scars, he's reminded of how he was redeemed and stuff. It was an inspiring story and he was incredibly brave to share that with a whole bunch of strangers, but my grandma didn't see it that way. All day today, she complained about how it was too sad and graphic for Easter. She said she thinks it would have been much better if they just told the Easter story. I personally think that cutting isn't nearly as graphic as Jesus getting beaten, whipped, hung on a cross, and stabbed in the side, but what do I know? Sorry for that quick complaint. I'm just really frustrated because people like my grandma are the reason some people are too scared to ask for help. Well, I hope you're having a good day! Bye!
