after our first encounter that day, i kept thinking about her. moreover, she was in the same class as me. she literally sat next to me, since the teacher told her to.

almost everyday, some girls were squealing when they saw me passing by. i was known for good at singing and sports, which made them crazy about me.

and at that day, the teacher didn't came so we were doing nothing in class. a girl with brown hair came towards me and being all flirty, only earning a disgust look from me.

"oppa~ let's go on date!" she said, in a super annoying high tone while attempting to do aegyo.

"sorry but no, i'm busy," i replied to the girl who now has a disappoinment plastered on her face. she already knew i would reject her, so why did she ask me out at the first place.

"ow, mr busy, do you really have no time?" suddenly a voice spoke up. it was eunha. she kept making fun of me everytime some girls asking me out.

"none of your business, young lady," i retorted.

her eyes were glued back to a thick book, which i assumed it was a novel. she seemed too focus in it then an idea popped in my mind.

i pulled the book and rest my head on it while looking at her face closely. she was kind of mad, which i found it cute.

"you like this kind of story? nerdy," i said, then suddenly she flicked my forehead lightly.

"none of your business, young man," she imitated me then laughed a little.

"yah you copied me!"

"i didn't see what's wrong with it," she said casually, then ignoring me again as she pulled closer the novel.

we bickering almost everyday, which only made me attached to her more. she wasn't a socializer, but not a nerd too. she was kind of average girl who has a good personality.

i found myself staring at her picture in my room. yugyeom was curious about what i see, then he snatched my phone abruptly.

"aw, jungkookie started to seeing someone now~" he said, teasing me. "isn't she seulgi noona's roommate?" i just nodded in response, wanting to get my phone back.

after some minutes he gave me my phone back, much to my excitement. but something was odd, i scrolled through my contact list and found a profile named 'cutiepie eunha' there. god, it sounded so cringeworthy. i glanced at yugyeom but he seemed to avoid my gaze.

"what are you doing, gyeom? why did you save her number on my phone?" i glared at him who now had his back facing me.

"maybe you need it some time later," he winked then went to sleep. um, maybe he's right. so i don't need to ask her again, because i knew she would tease me.

"go text her or something, you seemed so happy after i gave you her number," i heard yugyeom muttered.

"shut up kim yugyeom," i said annoyedly but he just giggled.

on the next day, it's been an usual day with girls kept coming towards me. but what strange was, eunha didn't even spare a glance at me. i was kind of worry that something bad might happened to her.

"hey," i said to her, but she ignored me. i glanced at her and i noticed a frown on her face. i wanted to ask her what happened, but i think it might bothering her. i decided to leave her alone for now, and ask her later.

several days were going like that, without eunha making fun of me. i admit my day was boring without her doing that to me.

as the bell rang, students were rushing to the canteen since it was lunch time. i was about going there but i saw eunha walking alone to the garden. i decided to following her without her notice. she sat on the bench then suddenly i heard her crying.

"mom.. why did you left me?! you said that you'll never leave me..." she muttered, followed by heavy sobs.
