Talia's POV

"So, Red X is the Boy Wonder?"

My father, Ra's Al Ghul, looked at me with a hard stare from his desk chair.

"Yes.  Red X is a thief made up by the League to test their proteges," I explained to my father.

"I see."  Ra's leaned back in his chair and turned around, looking outside at the mountains.

"Father?" I asked.

"Did you tell Bruce of the dangers of doing that?" Ra's asked.

"Yes, I told him of your dislike of Robin and how much you do not trust him," I told him.

"No, not that, although that is very well true," Ra's stated, turning back around to look at me.

"Tell him what?"

"Well, young Robin has done what very little people had done before.  He has developed a suit that gives you superpowers.  And not just protection and the ability to be strong, but teleportation, invisibility.  Now, that is something I am interested in," Ra's explained.

I sighed inwardly as exactly what I had warned Bruce about was happening.  I did not expect my father to be the one to do so, but he would do anything for power.

"Does Bruce have blueprints of the suit on his computer?" Ra's asked.

"No, he told me Robin designed everything.  He doesn't know where the suit's prints are stored, or even if they still exist," I said.

"Well, then I guess we know what we must do," Ra's said, rising from his chair and walking towards the door of his office.

"Do you mean-" I started to ask my father as he opened the door.

"Yes, Talia.  I want you to get the child and bring him here so that I can get the secret to the Red X suit.  Do whatever you have to," Ra's ordered, closing the door behind him.

I sighed deeply.  This was a disaster.  What would Bruce do?

Richard's/Robin's POV

"I feel as if last night went very well," I said to Batman.

Batman looked to the screen of the large computer in the Batcave which showed security footage from the party last night.  Currently, we were watching the fight from the main hall.

"For you," Batman said.

"Well, yes.  The team, however, could use some more training to fight Red X," I commented.

"You can tell them that at the briefing at the mountain," Batman said.

"Speaking of that, I should leave any minute for that," I said, looking at the holocomputer on my wrist for the time.

"Take the zeta tube!" Batman yelled at me as I walked towards the tubes.

"Wouldn't take any other way!" I yelled back as I disappeared into a bright light.  When the light disappeared, I was standing in the proteges' hideout.  All of the team were in the center of the room, except for Rocket.  I had been informed that she would not be present for the rest of the mission.

"Well, how did last night go?" I asked the team as I walked forward.

"Not very well, unfortunately," Aqualad reported.

"You let him get away?  Again?" I asked.

"Hey, it's not our fault!" Superboy exclaimed.

"Then who's fault is it?" I asked the team.
