"Stop." Hunter speaks up which causes everyone's attention to turn to him.
"You want a hit?" Snake laughs.
"Yes." He replies. "But I can't and neither can you. Let her go."
The two guys release me after Snake turns and gives the a nod of approval.
"Who the fuck is this chick?" Snake asks Hunter.
"Snake meet Hayley, Hayley meet my brother." Hunter introduces.
"You guys are brothers?" I scoff. "Same ugly genes I suppose."
Snake snaps his head to me, his fists clenched by his sides. "Listen-"
"Snake don't. She has a loud mouth, you'll have to put up with it." Hunter says.
"Why should I?" Snake questions.
"I need a word in private." He says. "Get our father too."
Everyone begins talking again as Hunter and Snake head upstairs. "Are they like kings or something?" I question Carter.
"Their dad owns this place." He replies.
"It's where the attitude comes from." Quinn adds.
Hunters POV:
"What's the deal with this girl?" Snake asks.
"She could be a great addition to our group here." I tell them.
"She looks to-"
"She doesn't look it but she is." I interrupt my brother Kade. "Trained by a cage fighter."
"With that mouth she'd get us into more fights than we would handle." Ricky, my dad, says.
"It's risky." My sister Hannah speaks up.
Hayley's POV:
"Drinks anyone?" The bar attender asks. "It's happy hour!"
People including myself, pile over to the bar ordering what ever they want.
As the afternoon continues drinks flow and turns out the bikers aren't heavy weights, although they may look it.
"Hayley." Hunter calls, inviting me to sit at a table with his family.
"Yup." I smile.
"We thing you should join us, make yourself a regular at this bar and-"
"I like this bar but I'm not going to be tied down into a clique, I'm not going to ride a bike or get any more tattoos." I reply. "I'm sorry."
I walk back over to Carter and Quinn leaving the family looking rather angry and frustrated, maybe even a little embarrassed.
"What did they want?" Carter asks.
"Can we get out of here?" I question. "I think I've over stayed my welcome."
"Sure." He replies, grabbing his jacket.
"Should we tell Quinn?" I ask.
"She's perfectly happy." He laughs, pointing at her. She's stood on the bar, walking up and down it as she dances to the music.
"I see." I state as Carter pulls me out of the bar and out back.
He hands me a helmet which I refuse as he gets on his bike. "I've had a drink Hayley, if you're ever going to wear a helmet then it would be now."
"What's the worst that could happen?" I scoff, getting on the back.
"You could die."
"That would be an interesting and amazing experience, as long as I don't end up in hell." I reply. "Lets go."
