Dean wasn't the first person you would go to for love advice. It's not like he's never experienced it, he has twice. A girl named Lisa that he met in high school. He remembered being completely obsessed with her and Sam teasing him about it ever day. But then they broke it off after they had slept together and Lisa claimed she was pregnant. Her period was just late and it was a false pregnancy scare (to which she felt a huge amount of relief back then), but their relationship couldn't recover after that.

He wasn't even sure if he was in love or if it was just hormones back then. Then he discovered his bisexuality and started experimenting with men and women. But he never really felt that magnetic 'click' with someone.

Until he met Castiel.

Castiel was different from anyone he's ever dated. The man never failed to put a smile on his face. He was one of the few people who could make him smile freely and open up. Cas always listened to him and comforted him when he was having a rough time. It wasn't just physical attraction, which was the main reason he ever stayed in previous relationships.

It was all his fault that he lost Castiel, and would have to live with that guilt for the rest of his life.

Dean sighed and ran a hand through his hair. He peeked at the time on his phone. Wow Sam was late, why was he not surprised. He hasn't seen his brother in a week. He was kind of in a complicated relationship with some girl and needed some space apparently.

A woman in a uniform with the 'Angel Cafe' logo came up to his booth. Probably some teenager working part-time. "Sir you've been at this booth for like ten minutes and haven't ordered anything. If you're going to stare out the window all day do it somewhere else because you are not our only customer."

Dean smirked. "So you were watching me then."

The girl rolled her eyes at him and pointed at the counter. "Move it or loose it One Direction reject."

"Mmm fiesty one aren't we-" His words caught in his throat when he saw the man in front of the counter ordering. He could only see the back of his head, but he'd known that set of messy black hair anywhere. If that didn't wasn't enough to convince him, then it was the trenchcoat that no one else could pull off right.
Suddenly everything else was forgotten and all he could was stare at the back of the man with the trench-coat. He slowly stood up and carefully walked towards the man.

"C-Cas?" He asked, his voice cracking a little. Hopefully he didn't notice.

The man turned around and his suspicions were confirmed. Piercing blue eyes, the messy but attractive sex hair look, it was Castiel all right. Suddenly he felt his heart rate speed up fast, and he felt all clammy. Honestly he'd never thought he'd see his Castiel again. "D-Dean long time no see." He said with a smile that Dean could automatically tell was fake. Clearly he was uncomfortable. Just walk away, just walk away-

"Long time no see Cas. You look nice." The words came out of his mouth before he could stop them. Nice? The man was stunning as ever. He mentally face-palmed. Smooth Dean.

"T-thanks I-I guess. You too."

All Dean wanted was to go up to Castiel and kiss him senseless, but Dean kept his distance. Then Castiel walked away from him with a haste goodbye. Clearly he hasn't forgiven Dean for everything that's happened and honestly Dean can't really blame him. But being the stubborn person he was, he followed Castiel into the parking lot.

Castiel told him to go away several times. The tone in his voice wasn't really as furious or full of hatred like he'd thought. He just sounded annoyed.
