Chapter 11

(3rd Person's P.O.V.)

Two Earth weeks have passed after the attack on the ship. It was going back to normal slowly. The ship transport wasn't fully function, so Cyclous's ship had stayed close to Scourge's ship to protect it. In case there is a attack again on the ship.

Arcee and Soundwave had started to work on the ship's ground bridge. They had gotten little or no sleep. Because they were working ship's engine when everyone was awake, and on the ground bridge when everyone was asleep. The ground bridge was almost done. All they needed was a transmitter.

(Soundwave's P.O.V.)

'How much longer can she last? Arcee would have recharged every night. Over the years I have trained myself to work a lot on little sleep, but now I can even feel my strength starting to fade.'

*Clan!*

I jerked my helm up in surprised by the sound. I turned my helm were the sound had came from. I saw that Arcee had drop wrench, and placed a servo on a table that she was right next to.

'She trying not to lose her balance.'

I started walking towards her. I sent one of my feelers out, and pick it up. I set it on the table. When I was right next to her, I gently grab her waist and turned her around to face me. I pulled her closer to me. She placed her helm on my chassis. I had already removed my visor when I reached her.

"Go back to the room, and get some rest. I'll will join you shortly."

I kissed her forehead. She looked up at me, and nod her helm. I let her go, and she walked to the door and left. I put my visor back on, and went back to the monitor I was on before. I could feel my optics were starting to close.

'Just for a moment.'

"Soundwave? Soundwave!"

I jerked my helm up and turned my helm were my name was called.

Tarantulas!

'I must have fallen asleep.'
"Are you alright Soundwave?" He asked me tilted his helm just a bit.

I nodded my helm to show him I was fine, but it didn't work. He must caught on that something was wrong.

"How much have sleep have you gotten?" He asked bring his helm back to normal.

I couldn't answer his question, so I had hung my helm out of respect.

'Busted.'
"You and Arcee have been working hard, more than the rest of the crew. Since it looks like you have been working when everyone is asleep. Both of you guys have the rest of the day off." Tarantulas stated.

I look up at him with surprised. Even though my visor was on, I saw that he notice that I was surprised. He chuckled, and he pointed to the door. I nod my helm and bowed at him.

I reach my room and walked in, and I saw Arcee. She had a data pad in her servos, and her back was facing me.

"Arcee?" I said when I had enter the room.
'I wonder if she didn't hear me?'

I walked towards her and said her name again.

"Arcee?"

I grabbed her waist which had made her jumped. She turned her helm and yelled at me.

"Soundwave! Are you trying to scaring me!?" She questioned me as she venting hard.
"No. I wasn't  trying to scared you, Arcee. I thought you heard me when I had enter the room." I said.

I turned her around, and took the datapad out of her servos and placed it on the table. Which we were right to.

"What are you doing back here?" She asked when she was facing me.
"Tarantulas let us have the rest of the day off. I fell asleep, and he caught me." I said simply looking down at her.

"Wow."

She had rested her helm against my chassis.

"Can I even defined myself?"
"Nope."

I heard that Arcee voice was showing a sign of weariness. I lifted her up my arms and walked over to my berth. I lad down with Arcee by my side. She rested her helm on my shoulder, and she had her servo on my bright spot on my chassis.

"I love you Sound." I heard Acree say before she fell asleep.
"I love you too Arcee."

I kissed her forehead, and I closed my optics and fell into recharged.

(Arcee's P.O.V.)

I woke up when something touched my back. I look up at Sound who was still asleep. I saw that Sound had readjusted his arm and his servo was placed on my back.

'His severo must have woken me up.'

I smiled happily and moved my helm closer to his. I was starting to go back sleep when there was a knock at the door. I grumbled when Sound lifted up his helm. I heard him chuckle a little. He laid me back down on the berth. I had my back face the door, and tried go back to sleep. I heard the door open which was followed by a voice.

"Soundwave, I'm sorry. I know I gave you and Arcee the rest of the day off, but Scourge would like to have his brother off his ship. Like right now." Tarantulas said.

I sighed quietly knowing that we are going have to go back to work.

"Thank you Soundwave."

I heard the door closed and I felt Sound's servo touching my arm.

"Do I have to Sound?" I asked when he kissed my cheek.

"Yes my love."

He was chulcked. I grumbled as I sat up. I knew that I was facing Sound. I lifted my left servo up to my optics, and rubbed the recharged out of them. The next thing that I knew I was getting lift up to my peds. My right servo was in Sound's left servo. He put his right servo on my face and brought my sight up to his face.

"I promise once we are done, I'll make sure that we get a good break Arcee."

"You better or I will hurt you."

I moved my left servo on top of his right, and moved my helm more into his servo. I closed my optics. I heard him chuckled.

"Alright I get your point. Please don't fall asleep in my servo."

I smiled and open my optics again.

"Is that the last peace?"

I was standing over Sound who was on the ground and under the main monitor in the engine room doing something. He told me what he was doing, but I was nodding on and off. Even though I more awaked than before, but I was still very tired. He came out and I handed him my servo to help him up. He nodded his helm once he was up.

"Finally."

I felt that Sound's arms started to wrap around me. I laced my digits with his, and laid back into him. I was almost fell asleep when I saw the ground bridge crontals.

"Sound."
"Mmm."

He had answered very sleepy, and I felt him lay his helm on top of mine.

'At least I'm not the only one.'
"Do we have enough parts for the transmitter?"

"No, but we-" He started to say, but was stop by a familiar voice.

"Why do you need a transmitter?"
