Transformers Prime: Love Between Enemies

Chapter 13

(3rd Person's P.O.V.)

Arcee and Soundwave were still asleep when an explosion went off. The whole ship shook when a shock wave went through. Soundwave's room was very close to the explosion, and had gotten most of the force from the shock wave. The shock wave caused Arcee and Soundwave to fall to the ground.

“What was that?!” Arcee asked Soundwave in a very terrified voice.

Soundwave was about to answer her, but stopped when he felt a set of vibration go through his servos. He shield Arcee from a another explosion that had went off. After the second shock wave went by, Soundwave got up to his peds and quickly helped Arcee up.

The ship shook again by the shock waves, but it was more violent. The ship was starting to break apart and the ship was tilting because of it. This caused Soundwave to go to the wall of his room and Arcee slammed into him. Soundwave put Arcee in a protective hug to make sure that she will be safe from any falling objects.

Once the ship was done shaking, Soundwave let Arcee go and they made their way to the engine room. Soundwave made sure that Arcee was close by him because there was explosion going off in the distance.

Soundwave and Arcee were almost to the engine room when a another explosion went off. The explosion was so close to them that they had gotten the full force of it, and it had separated Arcee and Soundwave.

(Soundwave's P.O.V.)

When I came around my audio receptor where ringing. I could feel this extreme heat right next to my helm. I look over to my right I could see that a fire had started to spread throughout the ship. I got up to my peds look for Arcee. I started to panic when I couldn't find her. I moved around calling her name.

*Crack*

I jerk my helm up and saw a metal beam was coming down. I jumped out of the beam before it hit the ground.

“Arcee!” I shouted her name.

The smoke from the fire didn't really help me to find Arcee.

“Arcee!”
“Sound… Over here.”

When I heard Arcee's voice, I tried to reach her. I had to put both my servos up to protect my face from the fire. When I reach the spot where her voice had came from, she wasn't there.

“Arcee!”

Her name echo in my mind.

“Wait a minute. Humans have a 6th sense?” I had asked Midna who just finished dragging me off the Nemesis.

“Yes and no. A normal human will have 5 sense, but I have 6.” Midna said after she was done climbing a tree and sat in one of its branches.

“Does this have to do with this ‘Creed' you talk a lot about?”

“Yes. What I'm going to do is teach you how to revive this ability, Sound.”

“Wait, you are going to teach it to me. I though born you have to be born with it?”

“You have to be born with it to get the full power from it, but some of my assassin who were train get the full effects within a few years.”

“Do you really think I can have this ability, Midna?”

“I do. Now sit down and close your optics and just empty your mind. And just let your other sense enter your mind. Smell and hear the environment around you. Feel the tiniest movement in the earth. Put that all together, and you should see a picture in your mind of the environment from your sense had gathered. Do you see it, Sound.”
