Chapter Ten: Space

Riri's POV:

She was indeed gorgeous, she's like goddess. Ano namang tama ko dito sa kanya. Kung tutuusin, she deserves Ethan. But to think Ethan loves me and I own him. I love him to the core of losing myself.

" you must be Riri right?". She asked habang naninigarilyo sa harapan ko.

I never confirmed.

" By the way I am Jenna. Let's just say Ethan's fuck girl. Pfft. He hide me from you and I know you. You don't know me, well maybe recently you knew me. I saw you one time with this boy. When you saw us you chickened out."

She plainly said. Halos durugin na yung puso ko sa hindi ko maipaliwanag na mga emosyon.

" why?". I asked.

" what do you mean?".

We settled sa isang cafe malapit sa school. Nasa labas kami. Pagkatapos kong ipasok ang pinrint ko kanina, lumabas ako at sumama sa kanya.

" why you?, why did he cheat?, why he suddenly changed?." Tanong ko sa kanya na halos iiyak na ako sa puntong ito.

" he's not gay for you to know, he needs a real hole. He needs a woman who would satisfy him idiot. If you think he felt love for you?, ha!!. You're on bait man. Naaawa lang siya sa iyo. You're pathetic don't you know that?. "

" that's not true". I calmly interject.

" well it is true. You will never replace that craving of him for a woman. He needs to have someone who will surely satisfy him. He told me you're just a piece of shit who just needs to be taken care of. He was so tired of you  do you know that?. You were this dramatic bitchy gay and that's too much for him to handle.Hindi awa kundi totoong pagmamahal Riri. You are not the one for him. I am the one for him. I just need to work on it".

Then I cried.

" i have to go. ". Sabi ko kaysa naman makita niya akong humagulhul ng iyak.

" I'm sorry okay. I'm letting you go from his sick love. You could just settle yourself to that guy you've met."

I was taken a back and decided to leave her. I saw her smirk and I just want to break free from this stress. I have to go somewhere else.

I texted Ethan na aalis ako kasama si Caryll but I never mentioned kung saan kami tutungo.

Minutes passed by pero hindi pa rin ako nakareceive ng reply sa kanya so I decided to pack my things. I simply bring with me some clothes and other necessities. I took a leave from the school at pinagtaka ito ni Michele. I told her na ikukwento ko sa  kanya pagdating namin sa pupuntahan namin. She just nod and hugged me. Albert permitted me to leave for a couple of weeks telling him not to say anything to Ethan.

Caryll started the engine at nagbyahe papuntang probinsya na tinitirhan ng kanyang kapatid.

" thank you". I mouthed to her.

She just touch my hand at nagpatuloy sa pagmamaneho. It was a 2 hour drive kaya I decided to close my eyes and let her drive without interruptions.

" riri, wake up  andito na tayo. "

I open my eyes and welcomed by the fresh air. Damn, this place spelled Refreshing.

I exited her car at sinalubong ng kanyang kapatid na si RJ. I already knew him. He knew me well too.

"Salamat".

" no problem." He smiled.

Caryll and I slumped on the sofa having that feeling of jetlag.
