Gene's dilemma

Aaron's pov
I just love sitting at my desk all day waiting on a email from Dad.
Although I do like having some free time. Everything is nice and quiet and no one is bothering me.
Then Gene came bursting through the door.
Well it was good while it lasted.
"Aaron! I'm so glad your here!" He said.
I sighed.
"Where else would I be? The moon?" I asked.
He shrugged.
"Anyway, what do you need?" I asked.
He came over to my desk and sat down in front of me.
"Listen, Aaron, I have a serious problem!" He said.
"What is it?" I asked.
He took a deep breath.
"Dawn has been seeing a werewolf and I don't know what to do about it. And I don't really trust him because you know how werewolves are. We all have bad history with them. Also, I thought you could help me out since you know more about werewolves than anyone else I know!" He said.
I cleared my throat.
"You know Gene, not all werewolves are bad." I said.
He sighed.
"I know, but I just don't want my little girl to get hurt." He said.
I put my hand on his shoulder.
"I know how it feels. But at least Dawn has David looking out for her." I said.
Gene nodded.
"I guess your right." He said.
I looked at my computer and saw that the email came in.
"Anyway I have to get back to work." I said.
"I know. I'll see you later." Gene said and he left the room.

Alina's pov
Jacob and Micah have been really close lately.
I think it's cool that they're friends.
Speaking of friends, Dawn, Laney, and I are all going to the mall.
Tyler picked us up at Dawn's house because Gene wasn't home.
He dropped us off at the mall and said he would pick us up at six.
We decided to go to Forever 21, Journey, and Hot Topic.
Dawn has been talking about getting the bottoms of her hair dyed purple so it matches Tyler's eyes.
I was enjoying myself intill I saw my Mom walk out of Macys with Auntie Katelyn and Lucinda. Laney and I looked at each other awkwardly. Our moms are here!
Dawn laughed.
We tryed to avoid them, but my mom spotted us.
"What a coincidence that we were both at the mall at the same time!" My Mom said smiling.
I can't make her feel bad.
"Yeah, I know right!" I said.
Dawn bit her lip to stop herself from laughing. I looked over at Lucinda and Laney.
They are also talking.
We all decided to group up and walk around the mall together.
I actually started to have fun.
We all took a selfie together. Mom and I in the front.
We both posted it to our instagram pages.

Aaron's pov
I looked at my phone and saw that Alina and Aphmau posted on Instagram.
I clicked on the notification and saw Aphmau, Alina, Laney, Dawn, Lucinda, and Katelyn in a group selfie.
I'm glad their all having fun.
