Chapter 3

Rosemary's POV

       I walked to homeroom by myself thinking about what I have just witnessed with my own two eyes... a man I have to get to know. I walked in the room and stopped in my tracks...there he was again. The boy I saw, the one with green eyes. I decided at that moment he would be named Pine for the color of his eyes. He was seated at the back of the room talking to his boys and didn't look at me. I'm sure he was talking about something important because the sound of my voice let me know he was serious. ''Rosey, over here'' Kiesha shouted once again interupting my thoughts.

 I walked to her quickly and scolded her. ''Girl, if you do not stop being all loud and screaming at the top of ya lungs...I swear that when I''m done with you you'll be a mute'' I said as I sat in front of her. I sat in front of Kiesha, Maya was on my right, Frita on my left, and right behing Ashley in the middle of the classroom. ''You know what Rosemary..I try to help you out you know. Like, tell you what's going on and let you join the conversation, but you always yelling'' Kiesha said as she filed her nails.

 ''I don't need help Kiesh. Like I know you got my back and all, but I know what I'm doing gurl. Believe me I do'' I said as I put gum in mouth and began smacking. Then that's when Pine turned around and looked at me with those eyes again and I melted. He winked at me again and turned back around. This guy is gonna have me melting inside for the rest of Senior Year. Then Daquan. Tyler, Vason, and George came into the room quietly.That is pretty unusual.

 They sat down and held their own conversation. ''Well, that was weird'' Maya said as she wrote her name on the desk with a pocket knife. ''No dah May'' Frita said as she grabbed the knife away from Maya. ''Can y'all just shut up for a secomd. Dang, I am trying to listen in on their convo'' Kiesha shouted. Then everyone turned and at looked at us. God, do she always got to be so loud? ''Shut up. You is so loud like fo real though. I mean Osama could hear you alll the way in Afganistan'' I said to Kiesha. She rolled her eyes and began eating her Hot Fries.

 A few minutes late, our teacher Mr.Parker came walking in and sat at his desk. ''Today, I am not taking no nonsense. I had a bad morning and one smart remark you will have detention in a flash. Do I make myself clear?'' Mr.Parker asked ver angrily. We shut up immediatley and sais ''Yes''. Then he began babbling about some books that he found that could help us with school. He must've thought we really cared because he began getting all excited. ''We don't care Mr.P'' Daquan said out loud for everyone to hear. Mr.Parker stopped what he was doing and gave Daquan a death glare.

 ''Big mistake'' Tyler shouted like he was deaf. That is why he is Kiesha's boyfriend... Always screaming. ''Yo, scream in my ear one more time you will loose ya tongue. Nobody want to hear that early in the morning'' Tina shouted at Tyler. ''Yo you wanna fight Jackie man?'' Tyler asked Tina threatenly and stood up. ''If I was you I would shut ya mouth before ya loose it. Because I will be more than happy to cut ya lips in half'' Tina said calmly not worrying about him.

 ''Let's go then Lil Mama'' Tyler shouted. Tina must've had enough because she threw her desk across the room and it stuck to the wall. ''SIT DOWN NOW! RENEE TO THE PRINCIPALS OFFICE'' Mr. Parker shouted. Renee turned to him with fury in her eyes. I even thought I saw Mr.Parker flinch. ''SHUT UP MR PP! GO BACK IN THE TOILET WHERE YOU BELONG! I AM ABOUT TO BEAT THIS BOY TO MEXICO AND YOU TELLING ME TO LEAVE! YOU LUCKY YOUR A TEACHER'' Renee shouted at Mr.Parker. Mr.Parker acted liking a wusp and sat his desk.

 Tina turned around and faced Tyler again. ''Go ahead hit me Sherlock'' Tina said standing completly still. Tyler froze. ''You said you wanna fight lets do it'' Tina said when he didn't do nothing. Then Tina pushed him. ''Now Tina you went to far! Don't hit my boo'' Kiesha shouted. That was the worst thing you could ever do. ''KIESHA LEARN WHEN TO SHUT YA MOUTH! YOU IS ABOUT TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL NOW!'' I screamed at Kiesha. Gosh, she always got to put herself out there. Tina ran over to her and yanked, I mean literally yanked Kisha's weave out.
