Terrence and I huddled in a corner of my room, holding each others hands as we watched Charlotte pace up and down, cussing incessantly. She dug through my dresser, pulling out makeup wipes and some of my clothes.
"I'm gonna kill you," Charlotte muttered as she wiped off her lip gloss. "As soon as I get this industrial grade lip glitter off."
"T-Take your time," Terrence whimpered only to have Charlotte glare at him.
"Oh, you're first," she hissed.
I swear I heard Terrence whimper.
What!? Don't blame him, Charlotte is a scary ass bi-
Biscuit.
Charlotte grunted as she pulled her hair out from the tight braids in was in and slipped into the bathroom to change.
"I say we run for it," Terrence whispered.
I shook my head, "Charlotte's on the school track team for a reason, and do you really wanna piss her off any further?"
We heard a soft click from the bathroom door, a signal that Charlotte was almost done in there.
"I guess this is it?" I said, turning to Terrence.
He nodded, "For what it's worth, you were a great girlfriend."
"And you were a great boyfriend," I smiled.
"Oh please," Charlotte rolled her eyes. "You two should star in your own telenovella, jeez," she groaned.
"Well excuse us for wanting to say our goodbyes before you end us," I grumbled.
"Whatever," she rolled her eyes, "Joey told you, didn't he?" she asked, glaring at Terrence.
"I ain't no snitch," He said, folding his arms over his chest like a child and turning away from Charlotte.
"Uh huh," she scoffed, pulling out her phone from her pocket and punching in a number.
"Hey babe!" she perked, "listen, I'm at Hayden's house, think you could meet me here in about 10 minutes?"
"Don't do it man!" Terrence screamed, jumping from his seat, "It's a trap! Save yourself!"
Charlotte glared at him and covered her phone, "Uh-huh, in 15? Cool, see you then."
Terrence shrunk back in his seat, "you monster," he breathed, looking at Charlotte like she just sentenced a man to his death.
Which, actually, she kinda did.
"Okay, now to deal with you two," she smirked, turning back to us.

"Awh, come on Charlotte," Terrence begged as she dragged him by the ear. "I'm too young to die," he cried.
"And I'm too old for this BS," she growled, "get in the car."
He whimpered and shuffled in, and I got in after. Unlike the dum-dum, I was smart enough to know reasoning with Charlotte was pointless, once she had something on her mind, it was going to happen.
I mean, you've read the last fifteen chapters, right?
We both waited in Charlotte's old car for a good ten minutes, before Joey arrived, the same old cheeky, flirty smile plastered on his face as he saw his girlfriend leaning against her car waiting for him.
The poor sucker, he had no idea what was about to go down.
"No, no," Terrence yelped, "I can't do this, he's my best friend, I have to warn him!" He said, jumping into the front seat. Terrence quickly honked twice, drawing Joey's attention.
