Chapter 14

Dipper P.O.V

I feel the hairs on the back of my neck stand up as I hear Bill purr. He pulls me against his chest and purrs close to my ear. I shiver and take a shaky breath.

"Don't act so nervous, Pine Tree.~ It's only me,~" he says softly with a flirtatious tone.

I feel my face grow hot and I can tell that I'm blushing. I try to pull away but that only results in four more arms snaking around my waist. There isn't a way to escape when someone has you tangled up in six arms.

I decided to ask him why he is here politely since I don't have much of a choice. "W-What are you doing here, Bill?"

He hums softly. "I just wanted to make sure you were all right after what happened,~" he purrs while poking the fang marks on my neck.

I cringe and try to move but I'm caught in his arms. I'm like a field mouse caught in the lethal coil of a poisonous snake. Each time I struggle he only tightens his grip around me.

"I-I'm fine," I reassure him, "Now how did you get in the Mystery Shack?"

"It was quite simple really," he says, pausing to see my reaction, "I just waited for one of your magical symbols to be removed from the sequence. After that, the door of opportunities opened itself to me and I gladly entered."

I huff to myself softly and glance around the room for anything I can use to get out of his grasp. Unfortunately, I cannot find anything of use. Bill is not someone who is not easy to fight.

He suddenly pulls me back with a good amount of force. I'm practically laying on him at this point until I manage to readjust myself. Now it is like he is holding me close to him. If someone were to walk in they would most likely assume that we were cuddling.

"Go ahead and sleep, Pine Tree.~ I'll still be here when you wake up.~"

I do feel completely exhausted because I haven't managed to sleep after my dream. I wish to sleep, but I know I won't be able to.

After a few moments, two of Bill's arms release me and his hands cover my eyes. I begin to feel myself drifting and I want to object but I can't. I have grown too tired to argue.

I fall asleep soon after that. There was no way for me to stop myself. I fall asleep in Bill's many arms.

Bill Cipher P.O.V

I smile as my Pine Tree drifts off to sleep. I may have made him grow tired using manipulation and magic, but he needs the sleep. I want my Pine Tree to be well rested.

'He's always been grouchy when he's tired. It's better that he sleeps for a good amount of time. I don't like to see my Pine Tree so stressed out.'

As of now, Dipper does not trust me. I need to gain his trust before I try to pursue him, otherwise, he will think I am just trying to trick him into helping me take over the world again.

I had hoped that saving him from that vampire would convince him that I had changed, but it didn't. Although, the vampire was a strange coincidence. I would never trust a vampire to feed on a human without harming them. Nevertheless, I am going to have to try harder to gain his trust.

'I am not the same as I once was and I want him to know that.'
