Michael's point of view

I moved uncomfortably, laying on top of what could only be described as cement with a thin sheet over it. My head felt horrible, like someone prodding my skull with needles, but I didn't pay attention.

"Crys?" I mumbled as I tried sitting up slowly, rubbing my eyes slowly with the back of my hand.

I looked around the room and saw two unfamiliar faces. "Your parents didn't pick up love, I'm sorry." A girl with thick brown hair told me, dressed in a simple sundress and a backpack.

"Are you alright?" The woman who seemed to be a nurse asked and I parted my lips. "You seemed to have fainted. Have you been eating?"

My throat felt dry when she asked and I furrowed my eyebrows. "Where am I?" I asked as the nurse handed me a small bottle of water. I took it from her, dropping it as I stared at my hand.

My nails were bitten to stubs with what looked to be red paint covering them. A single ring was on my middle finger and small tattoo was on my pinky, a small and simple picture of a cresent moon. What happened to the X? Or the anchor? Or even the calluses from playing guitar for years?

"Alexis," the girl in the sundress murmured and I looked down at my body, finding that I had thinner legs and most importantly, boobs. I had boobs. "Here."

She wrapped my hand around the bottle of water and I hesitantly took a drink as I looked around. "Where am I?" I asked, trying my best not to panic.

"Nurse's room at school. Do you feel well enough to go back to class?" The girl with dark hair asked and I looked back down at my body.

"What the hell is on my shirt?" I muttered as I ran my thumb over it. It said something on it, but I couldn't tell since some red liquid was spilled all over it.

"Do you feel alright? Would you like an ice pack?" The nurse asked and I nodded as the girl dropped an ID after moving to pick up my bag.

I picked up the card and then handed it to her, not before glancing at the name. Anani. It was actually a really pretty name. It sounded Hawaiian.

"I don't know if I feel well enough to go to class. My head really does hurt." I lied, needing to get out of this place and try to find my way back to wherever the hell I was.

Not me, but me. Like my body. I couldn't remember anything. When I tried thinking of addresses, nothing came up. It was blank, like someone wrote it down, only to burn that paper right after.

I could remember people, but not numbers or addresses, or the important things to get me back to my friends.

Fucking great.

"What about her emergency contact?" Anani asked and the nurse dialled it. "Nicole right?"

"Yeah. Is that a sister?" She asked and the girl, who must be this 'Alexis' girl's friend.

"Family yeah." Anani answered and the nurse left to make the call. "Let's hope she picks up. Your parents won't, so girlfriend is the last hope."

I widened my eyes as panic set in. Girlfriend? This Alexis girl has a girlfriend? She's lesbian?

Oh that's fucking great.

"Girlfriend?" I mumbled to myself as I stood up, immediately being told to sit back down by Anani. "I-I uh..."

"I don't think it's a good idea to stand up so fast. Alexis, sit down and relax. Nicole will be on her way, she'll sign you out, and you guys can go chill." She soothed and I shook my head.
