i slipped into my new dress and i went for the zip but i could only get it so far i looked all over efore going downstairs then i saw Johnny.

"Johnny. get back here" he sighed coming into the back i turned.

"zip me up please Twinny" i smiled he chuckled and finished my zip.

"that's nice where did you get it from." he asked as i fixed my hair.

"market Dad bought it for me." we went out into the bar and i began to serve.

"hello there what can i get you" i smiled

"I'll have a white wine please" i nodded a went to get the bottle.

"we haven't been formally introduced I'm Mia" i smiled to the dark haired girl.

"Whitney" she replied i handed her the glass and she gave me the money and i left to ring it up.

"so you know Johnny" she asked.

"yep my Twin" i grinned

"really you look nothing alike" she tilted her head and i laughed.

"yeah get that a lot. we're paternal twins i have my Dad's looks and he has Mums hence Daddy's girl and Mummy's boy" i laughed. "catch you later" i went to the other end of the bar were dad was.

"ear Shirley you never told me you had no brother" a old woman comes in and begins talking  "he came in today with his dog who was very lovely but hardly appropriate for a establishment that does laundry and he tells me he's taken over as landlord here"  she finished

"yeah he said he went in with Lady Di" the woman was taken aback.

"that's the dog Lady Di" Dad told her.

"the royal family was not put on this earth for your cheep mockery" she replied.

"nah it's our mum she loves Lady Di" i started "got the wedding mug and everything" Johnny finished

"people round here laid flowers can hardly be very pleased" Mum came over

"but they'll be happy to see her memory live on" Mum responded holding several glasses

"i reckon she should be left to rest in peace"

"this is my wife Linda and my daughter Mia"

"how many more of them are there" she asked Shirley

"we're like flies aren't we." Tina left glasses on the counter.

"gorgeous flies though, have you seen us." i joked giving her a high five.

"why don't i get you a drink Dot" he went to make one.

"Mrs Branning if you don't mind and I'm not that parched" she left the rest of us snickered in response.

"nothing's dull round here" i went to serve more customers Whitney was waiting.

"half pint of larger please" i nodded grabbing a glass.

"i like your necklace. 'C' for Carter right" i smiled and nodded

"yep Dad got me it for my 18th offered to get my other sister one too but she said it wasn't here style" i handed her the glass and she paid.

"well its really pretty catch you in a bit" she left with the glass and i joined my mum

"oh looky look here didn't know we open the doors to a prune" i commented.

"Mia behave yourself. Sorry Sharron" she smiled at the blonde.

"it's alright anyway i though just because he can't drink doesn't mean i can't...oh Shirley i was just telling Linda that me and Phil decided to have another go. Well he practically begged me and it just felt right." she rubbed in my aunts face.

"well you gotta go with your heart" she replied

"I'm sure you'll find someone else aunt Shirley" i smiled

"yeah even at your age" i glared at her.

"i told Phil you'd say yes...when i turned him down." she turned to Sharron

"oh clinging onto memories" she pouted

"no last Friday. some of us don't go back Sharron even though he practically begged me." i big grin came on my face. Shirley turned to us before walking off.
