Chapter Four

*Mia*

it was almost new year and i was recovering from my massive hangover. it wasn't as bad to when i first woke up. it was like a nightmare, waking up on the 30th was much better. i slipped out of bed and went into Johnny's room he of course was sleeping and i being the best twin i am decided to wake him up.

"Johnny, Johnny, wake up big brother" i started jumping on the bed

"arrgh Mia!" i giggled and jumped off the bed

"you love me really Johnny John" i collapsed on his bed. he turned over with a smirk on his face uh oh. he began tickling me

"ah no please stop have mercy!" i cried before rolling of the bed and scrambling out of the room.

"morning Mum" i kissed her cheek.

"morning sweetheart."

"Mia I'm going to get you" i screamed and ran into the kitchen where dad was.

"Dad save me Johnny's gonna tickle me to death" he chuckled and continued making breakfast.

"shut up Tina" Shirley came in with Tina followed by Johnny as we all sat down.

"well i don't want to share with you " Tina complained

"yeah well i ain't the one who keeps stinking out and blowing it off" Shirley retorted

"well why can't i have my own room then" i sat down at the other end of the table.

"you know why you can't have your own room" Mum sighs turning to the sisters.

"yeah there is no way around it unless we were sure that dear Nancy would return" i comment

"Mia" dad scolded i shrugged my shoulders.

"right that's it I'm spitting the room I'm building a lesanie (dunno if that's spelt right but its what Tina says"

"no one is building a lesanie" i stifle a giggle.

"oh i have missed you two" i smiled at my Aunts. Tina smiled back at me and Shirley didn't seem to care.

"breakfast is served" Dad plated up and gave us breakfast.

"Johnny it's your turn to take Lady Di out for a walk" Dad told my brother and he nodded once i finished breakfast i went to get ready. i washed and picked out a stripped dress with brown boots and a coat. with one of my hands i did my make up and left the same time as Dad. he gave me some more flyers for tomorrow. i handed them out.

"New years eve party. first drinks on the house" Dad handed a flyer too a couple.

"I'm Mick, I've just taken it over" he shook hands with the woman.

"I'm Sadie i run the salon round the corner. this is my husband Jake" she introduces herself and the man.

"you alright pal" the shake hands.

"oh and tell your girls there is a babe magnet behind the bar free kisses at midnight"  he squeezes

"babe magnet?" Shirley questions.

"i thought that was me" Tina added i laughed.

"oh and if you so happen to know any decent and worthy boys we also have the prettiest sight they ever did see." he kissed my temple.

"see ya" Jake nodded

"thanks for this" Sadie smiled leaving. Lady Di pulled on her lead as a blonde and male who looked like her dad came.

"oh look, two minutes and she's pulled. she's as bad as you" Dad commented to Johnny

"she's not usually like this." the young blonde said

"I'm going to hand some more of these" Johnny went into the laundrette and the two left. i looked around a saw a pretty dress.

"oh my gosh. Dad look" i went and grabbed the dress i showed him.

"ain't it gorgeous, can i buy it." he dug into his back pocket and pulled out some money.

"have it on me darling" i grinned and kissed his cheek before paying for it.
