"Dinah?" Camila breathes out before the voice on the other line speaks up. "Yeah" Dinah responds in a whisper like tone. "Um it's been a while. I called and texted you a lot" Camila says with furrowed eyebrows as she pushes a piece of loose hair out of her face.
"Yeah I know. That's-" Dinah starts before getting cut off. "I know? That's all?" Camila says followed by a mocking laugh. "I've been trying to reach out to all of you and you all knew yet left me hanging" Camila continues before Dinah cuts her off.
"Just let me finish" Dinah speaks, getting fed up with Camila not listening. "I wanted to talk to you this whole time but when you left, I was just so... mad at you" Dinah expresses trying to get her words out.
"And you don't think I was mad at you and the girls?" "For what Camila?" Dinah scoffed. "For not understanding that I had to leave?" Camila replies as if it was obvious. "For not being there when I needed you the most?" She continues.
"What about you not being there when WE needed you?" Dinah stressed making Camila stay quite. "Did that occur to you when you told us your plans and then just stopped showing up to meetings?" "How about when I tried my hardest to defend you when Mani and Lauren got mad at you. They weren't mad just because Camila. We needed you just as much and you know it"
Camila stayed silent as Dinah listed things off, making her really think. "Was I really that inconsiderate?" She thought to herself, wiping the tears that made their way down her cheek. "Listen Dinah, I'm sor-" Camila starts but hears a voice in the background of Dinah's line, speak.
"Who are you on the phone with?" Camila recognizes the voice of course. Normani. "No one" Dinah scoffs before hanging up the phone, leaving Camila to think about everything.
