Do you see me?
Do you see me smile with all my teeth to show
Only to hide the scars beneath my clothes
Do you hear me?
Do you hear me laugh and laugh more at my laugh
So you don't hear my sobs as I'm crying out for help
Do you feel me?
Do you feel my presence as I stand here next to you
Just to hide the darkness behind these bloodshot eyes
Because inside my soul dies
But on the outside I seem fine
And now you will see
Now you will see the frown beneath the smile that I show
You will see the tears and not the bright light behind my eyes
You will see the darkness
As you go and run to hide
Cause my soul continues to die
It may seem like I'm fine
But I just wish I could Die
