I was in the middle of a clearing, it was beautiful.

Flowers surrounded the bright green grass, making it seam peaceful. A couple of metres away was a stream, the constant flow of water relaxing my body.

I made my way towards it, looking at the crystal blue water. It was the clearest I had seen in my life. As I stopped with my toes practically touching the water I looked down and held back a gasp.

My once white skin looked tanned, my dark blonde hair was straightened and laying freely down my back and I was wearing a beautiful white dress without seeing any scars. It was like nothing ever happened.

I was so distracted by my own appearance that I didn't see the figure pop up behind me until I felt a cool hand on my shoulder. I instantly spin around to face the woman. She was wearing all white but unlike me her dress went down the the floor instead of her knees. Her hair was the brightest blonde that it was practically white and she had a softest face but all I could think was who the hell is she!

Her chuckle cut me out of my thoughts. "It's not nice to think of the moon goddess that way," her melodic voice soothed my ears.

Moon goddess? This must be fake! I'm not worthy of meeting her, I couldn't even save my own parents!

"Don't say that about yourself child. You couldn't save your parents because you hadn't reached your full potential yet," she explained.

Full potential? What full potential, I'm nothing but a disappointment! What about the years I spent trapped, if I was so strong I would have been able to escape.

"Just listen for a moment and I'll explain everything to you," she stated. "You were born special, that's why at the age of 6 you shifted into a white wolf. See your parents told you that it was rare but not how rare it was. You are the last white wolf in existence, the last one before you was more then a hundred years ago. At the age of sixteen you were meant to get your powers but as you were captured and injected with wolvesbane everyday it was impossible for me to give them to you. There are great battles ahead of you and for that I have given you many powers, it's just up to you to work them out. You've got to remember though you'll meet a lot of people on the way, some will be bad but you have to trust some. I've given you two guardians and you will realise who they are at first sight, they will be with you throughout it all."

But why me? Surely this had to be wrong, my wolf was gone I'm only a human.

"That might be so for now. But you need to remember you're stronger then you think even as a human," was her parting words before everything around me faded black.

It took a while for my body to wake up. When it finally did I picked up on footsteps pacing up and down the room. I swear if it's Damon I'm going to punch him, to hell with the punishment.

Slowly blinking my eyes open I came face to face with a woman in a doctors jacket. Guess we know who she is. I pushed myself up a little into a more comfortable position, holding back my wince while doing so. As soon as she saw me move her head snapped in my direction with relief on her face?

"Good to see you're up, are you in pain anywhere?" She asked

I felt like screaming 'what do you think? My body's cut up and my bones are broke!' But I reminded myself that it wasn't worth it, no one was worth my words anymore. Instead I held her gaze saying nothing.

Smart little cookie clocked on quickly not asking anymore questions. Instead she sat across the room from me flat out staring, it took all of me not to get annoyed but I held it in. Approximately half an hour later though she jumped up in panic, my mind was screaming 'FINALLY!'
