"You're why your father left! You're an accident! A waste of space!" My so called mother shouted at me.
No words showed up. Nothing that told me that she didn't mean it.
Nothing giving me hope.
"I'm sorry"
"You better be you sh.it!"
She spat her insults at me then slapped me hard across the face. I could feel blood rush to the spot.
"Now! Get out of my house! Don't come back until Monday! I don't want to see your face!"
I nod and as I grab my backpack and head to the door I hear her mutter "you're a disappointment"

A buzz in my pocket made me whip out my phone.

V- whatcha up to my lil cherry drop?

He always could bring me to almost smile.

K- nothing, just sitting in a bench in the park, you?

V- I be eating!!!

K- noiceeee

V- so why are you in the park?

K- oh, I can't go home until Monday

V- why not?

K- just can't

V- I see. Want to come round mine?

K- can I?

V- sure!! Just tell me when you're here

K- will your parents be ok with that?

V- yer!

K- you sure?

V- ........

K- you're asking aren't you

V- hehe ye

K- alright

Not even 10 minutes later i got a reply

V- they said yes!!!! Woo!!!!! 6 day sleep over!!!

K- huh? I can stay till Monday?

V- yep! ... What did you think I was asking?

K- if I could stay for tonight

V- and what would you have done tomorrow night, and the night after that??

V- oh! You have friends you could have stayed with... Sorry

K- it's cool. And I don't have friends

V- how come? You're awesome!

K- they lie
