Chapter 19 A -I hate you

Aastha's pov

It's been two months but it feels like years have passed. I don't know whatever I did was right or wrong. But I had to let him go. Ayesha needs him right now.

You have to be strong Aastha.

What appears to be the end may really be a new beginning. We both have greater lives ahead. Till then I'll have to wait for the damages to get healed. Our relationship was really intimate. Not in a physical way but in an emotional way. I know it will take some time and I will be fine.

All I know is that Randeep was a special part of my life and will always be.

I know I'm not totally over him and I don't think I'll ever be . But I think someday I will be able to live without him. I still think about him and I miss him like hell. If ever he will be in front of me, I know my heart will stop beating. But I won't crt when I'll think of him. That's enough for me.

I know he still loves me. But I love myself too and I'll have to distance myself from him. Everything will be fine. Maybe not  today but eventually.

(Inside Randeep's office)

"Good morning Randeep "

The director greeted him but he coldly went past him towards the table.

Director: Randeep there was a project proposal  for our company  from one of the really prestigious companies and they wanted.......the director stopped speaking when he noticed Randeep's death glare on him.

Randeep : I didn't even sit down yet..........he said in a calm yet dangerous tone.

Each one of the person present in the room was scared of Randeep  as they didn't know what would trigger him.

Director : Yes Randeep but I said that because it was really urgent.

Randeep : If it's that urgent then why didn't you authorised it already. Or are you here just to waste my time. And call me sir. No need to be too casual with me.

Director: I'm sorry sir..........he said while looking at the floor in embarrassment.

Randeep : You should be Mr. Verma. Its been such a long time you are working here and still you are good for nothing.

Randeep was examining the papers and he didn't looked quite impressed.

Randeep : Well is this the best proposal you can come with.  Are you sure? .........he asked while still looking at the files.

Director : Ummm....I'll redo it as quickly as possible. I'll leave now sir..........the director signalled the people with him to leave the room.

Randeep: And Miss Aastha.

"Sir it's Kiara " said his secretary.

Randeep : Thats what I said. You ....umm... call the manager into my office .

Kiara : Sure sir.

Randeep's pov :

Why aren't you leaving my mind Aastha?  Why is it that even though I want to hate you still I can't. Because somewhere in my heart I know that it's not your fault that we are not together. But you shouldn't have left like that. You have no idea how helpless I was feeling at that time.

You were the one who said that our past won't affect our present life but you made it happen.

Because of what she did , I hate her . But because of what we have done together, I still love her. I want to move on but I can't. Its the first time I ever loved someone . Its going to hurt. But I'll make sure that you feel the same and I know you will feel the pain one day.
