Kate's bikini is barely holding together, kept in place only by the tiniest of hot pink strings, as she sips on her slightly less hot pink cocktail. "Can you pass me the sunscreen, Ana?" Kate asks, momentarily setting her cocktail down. "Sure." I duck down under my chair and grab the bottle of sunscreen for her. "Do you want me to put it on you too?" I question, playfully, smirking at her. "Actually.....yes. Then I won't have to put down my drink and of course feeling your perfect hands on me will be a plus." She winks at me, then turns in her chair so her back is facing me. I squeeze some of the lotion into the palm of my hand, then bite my lip as I try to decide how to go about applying it. I gently press my palm into her lower back and work my way up, spreading the lotion as I go. I make sure to avoid getting any on her bikini as I rub it into her shoulders and around her chest. She smiles as my hands awkwardly dip down to her inner thigh and I blush the same color as her bikini. "Okay. All done." I announce, rubbing my hands together to absorb the unused lotion. I watch, biting down on my lower lip so hard it almost bleeds, as Kate lays back in her chair and crosses her legs. "Drink." She orders, her eyes connecting with mine as she holds my untouched cocktail out to me. I had totally forgotten about it when she asked me to get the suntan lotion. "Yes, Ma'am." I take the drink and flash her a smile, then I sit back in my chair like her. I stare out at the giant body of bright blue water in front of us, trying to divert my attention from all the topless woman around us. It's like no matter where I look I'm confronted by a half naked woman. "Why'd you make us go to a topless beach again?" I ask, looking to Kate.
She doesn't say anything. She just rolls her eyes at me, as if the answers obvious. My mouth drops open when I realize what she must be planning. "You're not gonna take your top off are you?" She smiles, confirming my fears. "Oh, no! Not yet, anyway. I'll need a lot more drinks for that....and so will you." She smirks at me, then takes another sip of her cocktail. I squeeze my eyes shut and count to five, resisting the urge to fight her on this. I know it's no use. I just have to accept my impending doom.

Kate and I walk along the beach together, both of us tired of sitting but not quite ready to swim yet. I've been doing the best I can to put off the inevitable removal of my bikini top, but I don't know how much longer I can keep it up. Kate's pretty drunk at this point and I know it doesn't take much convincing for her to take her clothes off. "Come with me, Ana." She grabs my hand and starts walking in the opposite way we were going. When I stop resisting she releases my hand and approaches a guy standing a few feet away. I frown, confused, as I follow after her. Who's this guy and why are we approaching him? She says something to him I don't catch, then she turns back to me, holding what looks like a cigarette, but isn't. Kate puts it in her mouth and breathes it in, then she takes it back out. "Here. Try it." She holds it out to me. "Why? What is that?" I don't smoke. I didn't think Kate did either, other than that one time at Josè's birthday party. "Just do it." She smiles, reassuringly. I hesitantly take it from her. It has the same strange scent as Josè's house. Well.....I guess one try won't hurt. I put it in my mouth and breathe it in, mimicking Kate's actions. It burns my throat and I have to refrain from coughing the entire time, but eventually after a couple tries, I get used to it. When it's all burned up, Kate and I retreat back to our chairs and sit down.

The sun warms my back as I lay out on my chair next to Kate, listening to the calming sounds of the waves. I can't remember a time I've ever felt this relaxed and calm. I feel the sun's ray's warming my feet, my legs, my back, my shoulders, and my neck, and my eyes start to close. I don't know how much later, Kate shakes me awake. I sit up and look myself over, checking for sunburns. I am miraculously not sun burned. I guess it's a good thing I put on that extra layer of sunscreen after all. "How ya feeling?" Kate asks, smiling sweetly at me. "Really good." I smile. Whatever we smoked must've really got me relaxed. I never just fall asleep in public like that. "Good." Her smile fades and a more serious expression takes it's place. "Now, take your bikini top off." I swallow hard. "You first." I whisper. She locks eyes with me, but shakes her head. "How about on the count of three we both do it?" She suggests. I'm really going to do this aren't I? "Okay." I agree. "One...Two....Three." She counts. My heart's pounding in my ears as adrenaline spikes in my veins. "Ready? Go!" We both jump up and rip our bikini tops off, tossing them aside. Then we race each other into the water. I take a deep breath, starting to calm down when I'm shoved down into the water. Kate dips me down underwater, then she lifts me back up, scooping me up into her arms. I gasp and squeal with delight when I resurface, taking quick deep breaths to restore my oxygen supply. Kate pushes my now soaked hair out of my face and smiles at me. My heart races, expecting her dip me back in again, but instead she leans in and kisses me. I wrap my legs tightly around her to prevent myself from slipping back into the water, and as we kiss water from my hair drips down onto us, but Kate doesn't seem to mind. She just keeps kissing me until we're both out of breath, then when I'm least expecting it, she dips me back down into the water.
