Part 1
"You can't run, you can't hide
I'll be there when you close your eyes at night
I'm always watching youThe doctor says I'm headed for destruction
My time is wearing thinI'm like a time bomb ticking in your head
Paranoia clouding your judgment
And no matter what you do about it
I'm still in your head"-------------
Jason's POV:
I was woken up by screaming and some loud knocking on the door. Opening my eyes, i scanned the room for Matt but no one was there.
Ugh, where is he?
"Jason open up!!" Someone screamed from downstairs.
I rubbed my eyes and stood up from my bed, walking out of my room.
"JASSOOONNNN!" I heard a familiar voice scream.
I went down the stairs leaning slightly on the wall to keep my balance, blinking twice to toss the sleep away.
I looked around my house searching for my friend but there was no trace of him. Maybe he went home to get new pairs of clothes, or went grocery shopping since the stock was soon to be running empty. He could be anywhere.
"Come on Jason, open up I know you're inside." I heard again as I rushed to the door.
The door clicked open and I was greeted by Jordan's face, Matt's little brother.
"Thank god you opened up, it's been ages that I'm knocking." Jordan smiled. "I'm glad you're okay mate."
I shifted my weight to my right side leaning on the door.
"Well yeah, I'm not used to doing much in the house at this time. Matt was supposed to be here but I didn't find him." I smiled slightly at him.
"Matt?" Jordan seemed confused.
"Yeah, your brother. I suppose you're here to see him or to drop off something he needed?" I continued.
"Jason, Matt sent me to check up on you because it's been a week that you haven't returned any of his calls. He was really busy with work he couldn't drive over here himself." Jordan said.
I felt like I was glued to the floor. I couldn't move. I couldn't understand what was happening. My breath was stuck in my lungs and didn't want to come out. But I had to say something. I had to understand. I'M NOT CRAZY!
"Jordan if you're trying to be funny it really is a bad time. So quit playing." A nervous chuckle slipped my lips. "Your brother didn't leave me for a second this past week. I-I don't understand what you're saying."
Jordan stared blankly at me ignorant on what to say next.
Shaking his head, he said "Matt is 400 miles away Jason." He ran his fingers through his hair not knowing how to respond to this. "Look Jay, at least let me in so we can talk inside."
"No, no!" I snapped, "LEAVE!" My chest rose and fell. "Just go."
The world was spinning around. I felt someone choking me, chaining me, ripping my heart out in front of me. Nothing is making sense. The blood froze in my veins.
