Chapter 11

Celeste

I had a dream about my Aunt Astrid, she told me that big changes were coming my way and that I needed to have an open mind and an open heart. She also told me that it was important that Ekon and I complete the mating process before going to New Mexico. To say that  I was nervous would be an understatement. I mean, I love him and he's my mate, but I don't want to disappoint him. I know he has been with other woman and there is no why I can match that.

I woke up alone, so I grabbed a shower and some breakfast before seeking out my mate. I smelled him and Luke in Mason's office, so I knocked on the door before I poked my head in. I was greeted by two smiling faces. "Hey, Ekon, when you're finished with Luke, can you come find me. There is something very important we need to talk about." He nods, but looks concerned, "Is everything alright?" I nod, "Yep, no rush." I slipped out and made my way back to our room.

I paced the floor, trying to figure out what I was going to say. I guess I would have to wing it because I could hear him coming. He walked the door and our eyes met, making me smile. "What's going on, Sweet One?" He asked me with a head tilt. I sighed, "Well, I had a dream, my Aunt Astrid told me big changes are coming and to keep an open mind and an open heart. She also told me that we needed to mate before we leave for New Mexico. I don't want to pressure you, but she said it was important." He furrowed his brows, "You're worried about pressuring me? Sweet One, I would mate with you anytime."He slowly stalked towards me.

I was caught in his spell, I couldn't move, my heart was pounding. He stood in front of me, eyes dark with need. "Celeste, you can stop me at any time. I won't force you." I nodded, reaching my hand out and touching his chest, "Ekon, make me yours. I don't want to wait." He growled in the back of his throat as he crashed his lips into mine. He devoured my mouth, driving his tongue into taste everything. I moaned as his hands wandered my body. He pulled my shirt off, tossing it across the room, before lifting me up and placing me on the bed. His lips met mine again then, trailed down my neck.

"I'm going to make you feel so good that you will never doubt how much I care about you." He whispered huskily as he removed my bra and began his assault on my nipples.  He moved lower, proving how much he could use his tongue. I came over and over, screaming his name. He crawled back over me, heat in his eyes. "Sweet One is a good name for you." He said, licking his lips. I blushed and he chuckled. "It's going to hurt, but only for a moment. I will try to make it as easy as possible." He kissed me deeply before plunging deep inside of me. There was a sharp pain, but it slowly eased as he began to move.

Soon, I was screaming his name and coming, "I need to mark you." He said in between thrusts. I gasped as he moved, "Mark me, please." I moaned out. "You need to bite me too, Sweet one. Do it now!" He gritted his teeth. Then, he kissed my neck before sinking his teeth into my flesh. I had never felt such pleasure. After he licked the wound, he thrust his neck into my mouth and I bit. I felt like I was becoming one with him. He moaned out my name, coming hard, making his body shudder.

He pulled out of me and I winced, I was a bit tender. He cupped my cheek, "Never have I had an experience like that. I love you, Celeste. I love you so much." A brilliant smile broke free and I laughed, "I love you too, Ekon." He scooped me up and carried me into the shower where he washed me gently before washing himself. He gently wrapped me in a towel before carrying me back to bed. We snuggled together and I drifted to sleep in his arms.

When I woke up, it was late in the afternoon and I was alone, again. I frowned and climbed out of bed. I threw my hair into a ponytail and put on some jeans and a shirt. Then, I headed down to the kitchen. I heard laughter and my mate's voice. "I can't believe I finally found my mate." Then there was the man that came with him, "Yeah, all the ladies will mourn the loss of the most valuable player."  I furrowed my brows as I walked in and was greeted with two smiling men, one being my mate. "What does that mean?" I asked them and Ekon looked pissed, the other one looked nervous.

"No, Ekon, don't be mad at him, you explain it to me. Who are you, anyways?" I asked. Ekon sighed, "This is my Beta, Teddy and what he meant was that I-" I cut him off, "That you slept with a lot of women, where they in your pack?" He looked at me, "I never slept with women in the pack, that would be abusing my Alpha status and cause problems when I found you. I'm sorry, Sweet one." I sighed, "There is no use in getting upset over the past, there is no changing it. Moving on, when will we be ready to go see Helen. I have a feeling that we should wait too long, but I do feel like I am waiting for something."

Something flashed in his eyes for a moment, then it was gone. "Well, I have some things to settle at our pack before we can leave. I think we should wait until we are done to introduce you as Luna." He said carefully. "I agree."
