Celeste

New Mexico was hot and dry, just like it was described to me by Aunt Astrid. When our plane landed, there was a group of witches waiting with two vans. The tallest one, a man with pink hair that was short and spiky, walked up to us with a grin. "Hello, Pet, My name is Josiah." He winked at me and both Remmy and Ekon growled, making Josiah chuckle. "Luke, how good of you to visit and bring such a lovely treat." Luke growled, "Watch your tongue, not only is she mated, she's my sister." Josiah sighed, shaking his head wit ha smirk, "Fine, no fun, come on I will take you to the coven house. Helen is waiting."

We all loaded up in the vans and drove off. It was about a ten-minute drive before we pulled up outside a large southwestern style mansion, it looked like it was made of clay. When we walked inside and were greeted by Helen, I had seen pictures but she was so much more beautiful in person. She was tall and graceful with long black hair that shined, with gentle blue eyes, like Father's. She smiled at Luke who immediately wrapped her in a hug. "I have missed you, brother." She whispered. He grinned and lifted her off the floor, swinging her around. "I have missed you as well, Helen." I smiled, my heart stinging a bit for never having that bond with my siblings.

When Luke set her down, her eyes snapped to me, the warmth they held for Luke, gone and replaced with cold calculation. "So, you are the one claiming to be our sister. Drake said he killed you." Her voice was hard, but I held my ground. "Yes, well, he didn't. I cannot die. If you don't believe me, ask our parents yourself, you have the ability." She narrowed her eyes and strolled to me. She was at least seven inches taller than me, but I was not intimidated. Her magic crackled around her and I bit back a laugh, quirking an eyebrow at her, letting my magic flare slightly. Her eyes widened in surprise, "OK, I believe you." Her eyes warmed and she hugged me.

I was shocked but I hugged her back. She pulled back, "Come on, you all must be tired. I'll show you your rooms so you all can rest and get freshened up before we eat." We followed her through the house, introducing her to Remmy and Ekon. She threw me a wink, "Nice, Little Sister." I giggled a bit as my boys puffed out their chests a bit. "Lunch will be served in about an hour." She said before heading back the way she came. Remmy, Ekon, and I showered, it took a while due to their grabby hands and by the time we were done, it was time for lunch. I was grateful for the shorts, it was hot here.

We made our way to the kitchen and I froze in my tracks, I could feel my mate, the third mate. I looked at Remmy and Ekon and could tell they felt it too. My stomach dropped with nerves, I had overheard Remmy and Ekon talking about wanting another female mate and despite myself, I couldn't help feeling like if we had a female mate, they wouldn't love me as much. It was a stupid fear, but it was there. I wonder if they felt the same way. I knew I couldn't love them any less, it was impossible.

We entered the kitchen and I could feel that they were nervous too. I squeezed their hands and gave them each a small smile and stepped into the kitchen, stopping dead in my tracks as I saw him. He was tall, but not as tall as Ekon or Remmy, short spiky soft blue hair, and bright green eyes. He stared back at me for a moment before looking at Remmy and then Ekon, then back to me.  He slowly walked to me, eyes locked on to mine. As he stopped in front of me he swallowed hard, "My name is Trevor, is this for real?" I smiled and nodded, "My name is Celeste and it is very real. This is Ekon and Remmy." He looked at each man and then back to me, "Can we talk, I can't deal with everyone staring." I nodded, a lump forming in my throat as thoughts of him rejecting us, filled my head.

We headed back to our room, my heart heavy and at the verge of tears. As Remmy closed the door behind us, I took a deep breath and looked up into Trevor's eyes, he looked uncertain. "Please explain this, what is going on?" I sighed and told him everything, from who my parents were to what the four mates thing was about. I watched his face and he was stoic. He looked at me and sighed, "I have never been with a woman, Celeste, I'm gay and always have been." I could feel the tears spill from my eyes as my heart started to break. I nodded and swallowed a sob, "I understand. I will talk to my Aunt and Mother to see that you are giving a proper mate." I turned to leave, I couldn't look at him anymore, it hurt too much.

As my hand reached for the door, I was spun around and brought into a firm chest that smelled of spearmint, "Don't leave me, please. I can't bear it if you reject me." He whispered. I jumped as if I had been slapped. "I thought you were rejecting me. I would never reject you, I love you." I choked out and he broke out in a beautiful smile. He hugged me tightly before I felt the other two wrap their arms around us. It felt right, my three men holding me, holding each other.

As we pulled apart, Trevor asked Ekon and Remmy, "How do you make love to a woman?" They both smiled and Remmy replied, "Let us show you, Love."
