Celeste

To say that I was nervous about seeing my brother again was an understatement. I wanted this to work, no I needed this to work. I was pacing our room while my three guys watched me, when my cell rang. I quickly answered it, "Hello?" It was Aunt Astrid, "How are you, my darling girl?" I sighed, "Well, I have three mates, thanks for that heads up, I have two of my siblings working together and I am waiting for Drake, who snapped my neck the last time that I saw him." She giggled, "Don't worry so much, you'll get wrinkles. Listen, I have faith in you, so do your parents. Enjoy your boys and relax, more surprises to come. Love ya!" With that, she hung up. I growled, "Damn it, I hate when she does that."

I heard the guys chuckle and spun to glare at them, "What is so funny, Misters?" Remmy grinned, Trevor looked nervous, and Ekon smirked, I narrowed my eyes at them, "I can see our home is going to need three couches." The next thing I knew, I was thrown on the bed and they were all tickling me. I gasped, "Stop. Need Air." Trevor grinned, "I can give you mouth to mouth." I threw a pillow at him, making them all laugh. It was cut short by a knock at the door, It was Helen, "Drake is here, come on, we are having a meeting." I sighed and looked at Remmy, "I hope this goes better than the last one." I gave each one of them a kiss before heading down to Helen's office.

Drake was sitting across from Luke, both glaring at each other. I rolled my eyes, men. As we entered the room, Drake's eyes snapped to me and he growled. I rolled my eyes, "Yes, brother, I am alive. I told you that I wasn't so easy to kill, but you had to try. Look, I don't want to argue or fight, I want peace." He stood and walked to me slowly, looking me over before meeting my eyes. "I don't even know what to say. Us three have been at odds for so long it will take forever to fix the damage." I placed a hand on his shoulder, "It will take time and there will always be those that have hate in their hearts, but if we can show them a united front, then we can beat this."

He nodded and for the next couple of hours, we all sat around and discussed plans to unite our races and end the fighting. We took a break for dinner and after eating, I slipped outside and looked at the moon. "Mother, it seems as though we are making progress, I mean no one has tried to kill anyone yet." I heard her chuckle and turned to see her standing there with a smile on her face. "I knew you could do it, Celeste." I shook my head, "It isn't all me, we are working together, that is a team effort." Drake, Luke, and Helen came out of the house and stood next to me. "It warms my heart to see all my children in one place and not fighting."

"It will make your Father proud as well. I know that life hasn't been easy for any of you, but I can see that you will do just fine." Then, she was gone. I looked at my two brothers and my sister and sighed, they still didn't trust each other, this was going to be a long road. "So, little sister, I hear you have three mates and one of them happens to be my second in command?" Drake asked, quirking an eyebrow at me. I sighed and rubbed my face, "Yes, it's true. I have Remmy, Ekon, an alpha, and Trevor, a witch." He chuckled, "A previously gay witch. This must be one hell of a surprise." I nodded, "Yes, well, I only lived with our parents and Aunt Astrid for over twenty years, then I come here and everything is so new and different."

Helen scoffed, "You mean you never left the island?" I shook my head, "From the time I was born, I was only trained for one purpose, to end the war." They all three looked at me with sadness in their eyes, "I guess we ruined your life, Celeste." Luke sighed. I gasped, "How can you say that?" He smiled sadly, "If we hadn't been such assholes, you wouldn't have had to train, you could have a normal life." I shook my head, "No, you don't understand, I was only created for one purpose, if you three hadn't started the civil wars, I would have never been born." They seem to chew on that for a moment.

Helen yawned, "I am beat. How about we turn in for the night and tomorrow, maybe we can come up with a plan to merge our races together as peacefully as possible." We all agreed and headed off to our rooms. When I reached mine, all three of my mates were cuddled up together, sleeping soundly. I smiled as I snapped a picture with my phone and then grabbed a quick shower before snuggling up behind Ekon and falling asleep.

The morning sun woke me and I found myself in the middle of the guys, who were all snoring. I stifled a laugh before wiggling out of bed and heading outside to talk to my father. He greeted me with a smile and a warm hug, "Sweety, how are things?" I sighed and told him everything that he had missed. He nodded thoughtfully, "What do you think? What would work to help people transition?" He asked. "I think we should start with the children, honestly. They haven't learned to hate yet. We need programs for education and support. We need to show them that they are not enemies, that we are not enemies. It will take work, there will be bloodshed, but we can achieve peace. It will take time, though."
