A ghost story/ Harvey mills

college

I arrived home and went inside. The first thing I did was get on the phone.
Me: "penny?"
Pen: "hey girl what's up?"
Me: "I want to go back to college for a teaching licence."
Pen: "no way! I was literally just talking to Zander about that! We can do it together"
Me: "that's amazing. Oh and me and max just slightly had a fight, I'm home alone"
Pen: "what about?"
Me: "he says he only loves me as a friend but he's upset that I'm marrying Harvey and carrying his child"
Pen: "that's ridiculous. I think he loves  you as more than a friend"
Me: "I know he does but I love Harvey. Max is just my best friend, practically brother. Nothing more"
Me: "I'll talk later pen"
Pen: "bye!"
I hung up the phone and got on my laptop. I scrolled through my history and went to my college application form and filled it out. This is it, I'm really doing it.

I finished the application and my eyes started to feel heavy, it was already 10:30pm. Soon, I closed my eyes.

Harvey's POV:
I'm hoping that dove isn't mad anymore. When she's mad, I don't get mad at her because I know she can't help her temper that she rarely has. Max is her best friend and he isn't happy for her, I can't blame her for the attitude she had. If she wants to go back to college I have to respect that. What she doesn't know is that I was offered a job at that college a couple weeks ago and I haven't given a definite answer yet.. I guess I have made up my mind. I unlocked the door to our house and walked in. I stepped into the living room and saw dove asleep with her laptop in her hand. I laughed quietly and took the laptop, setting it on the table. I layed her on her side and put a pillow under her head before covering her with a blanket. I'd feel bad if I slept in the bed without her so I turned out the lights and slept on the other couch.

Doves POV:
I woke up, through the cracks in the curtains, the sun was shining in. I heard talking coming from the kitchen so I got up. I walked into the kitchen and saw penny, Harvey, and Zander. "Hey pen hey Zander" I smiled. "Good morning babe. I closed the curtains for you" Harvey said as he hugged me. "Thanks b" I replied. "I have news babe" he said. "What is it Harv" I asked. "I accepted a job at your college" he said. What? A job? "Thats great! Now I don't have to leave you" I squealed. "I know" he laughed.

I packed my last bag for college and helped Harvey pack his. He's been offered a dorm there since he will be working every day. Penny packed her bags into my car and me and Harvey did too. "Goodbye" we all waved to Zander as I drove off. This marks my new adventure, and I can't wait to begin.
