Ozpin POV

I couldn't believe what she said. 'Broke up? What could have happened? They were great yesterday. Wait... when Winter came by, she said that she needed to talk to (Y/N) about something important... did she do this? No. She fangirled when they told her, and that was no act. Jacques?' I thought, still hugging the girl that I saved years ago.

"What did Winter tell you?"

"I can't tell you. For Weiss' sake." She said.

"Can you at least tell me if I guess it right?" She hesitated, and thought for a moment, then nodded. "Okay...it was about Weiss, right? And she would never do this to you guys. She ships it so hard. I would think that someone who found out would spread it and let everyone know, so it's someone that doesn't want people to know. So if we're talking about people we know, then my first guess is Jacques Schnee, Weiss' father." (Y/N) looked at me stunned, as I kept going. "Taking that as a yes. And he threatened to..." I tried reading her face. "Take her away forever?" There was complete silence, but then her face softened into an understanding expression.

"I forgot you were the Professor/Headmaster Ozpin. Yeah you're right. But what am I going to do? She probably hates me, along with the rest of her team and JNPR. I don't think I'll be able to go anywhere without the chance of Yang destroying me."

"Don't worry, I'll deal with this. I kept your old room, like you asked, go rest." She nodded, and walked to said room, sulking. 'I will figure this out....'

Weiss POV

Why? Why did that happen? I was in the kitchen, sobbing as I heard the door close, and footsteps disappear. Moments later, my team and JNPR ran in, and asked me if everything was okay. Once they saw my tear stained face, they knew something had happened. 'Why would she do this to me? She was just fine before she went to see who was at the door. Something must've happened. I don't believe that she did this on her own.' I thought. I calmed down, and smiled a bit, confident in my assumption.

"Is everything okay, Weiss? We saw (Y/N) running down the hall. Did something happen?" Jaune asked. I nodded, but before anyone could ask anything else, I spoke.

"She broke up with me." They gasped. "But, I don't think it was her fault."

"What?!" They all yelled in unison.

"I think someone put her up to this. Made her do it. Everything was fine a minute ago. Then there was someone at the door. She volunteered to get it, and when she came back, she broke up with me."

"That does sound suspicious...but we shouldn't meddle. It could be dangerous, because she would never just randomly do that. She loves you too much." Blake proposed. I looked away, blushing at the comment. She giggled at my reaction. "Let's just keep an eye out. Okay everybody?" We all nodded. JNPR said their goodbyes, and wished me luck with solving this.

Yang POV

My mind was set on murdering the faunus. But I didn't do anything, because the entire situation was really suspicious. I wondered who the person could've been, and what they said to make this happen. 'I hope (Y/N) is okay. Blake said that it could be dangerous.' I thought, getting a glass of water. 

Ozpin POV

Once I was sure that (Y/N) was in her room, I left to the airship dock, and got on. Where was I going? To Atlas of course, so I could talk to Jacques in person about the issue. This would not slide. Making one of my students upset for your own personal benefit was one thing, but this student was practically my daughter. I was determined bring him down. Or, at least convince him to call the whole off.

Time skip to Schnee Mansion.....

I stood in front of the door, ready to ring the doorbell and talk this out. Taking a breath, I pushed the button, hearing the melody ring throughout the giant building. After a few seconds, one of the huge doors creaked open, revealing a petite woman in a maid outfit. She looked at me, seemingly waiting for me to speak.

"Hello, I'm Professor Ozpin, headmaster of Beacon Academy. I need to speak with Mr. Schnee. Is that okay?" I asked. She smiled softly, and nodded, stepping aside for me to walk in. I made my way to his office once he was notified of my presence in the household. Walking into the room, he stood up and offered his hand for me to shake. Usually, I would do the formal thing, and shake it, but I wasn't in the mood for formal. "Jacques, I need to talk to you."

(Y/N) POV

I sat on my old bed, where I first woke up after running away, thinking about what I'd done. Was it the right thing to do? I sighed, standing up and walking to the kitchen. Suddenly, I heard the sound of the elevator reaching my floor. I stared at the door, waiting for someone to walk in. Finally, they opened. But this is someone that I didn't think I'd ever see again.

"David?"
