Part 9

(Morning….)

I woke up to the sound of a door opening, and looked up to see (Y/N) fully dressed and walking around. ‘What is she doing up this early? Wait..’ I picked up my scroll, and looked at what day it was. Once I saw the date, my eyes widened and I lept out of bed to get ready for classes.

“Why didn’t you wake us up?!” I yelled, waking the others up in the process. She looked at me, confused.

“Why would I do that? Yang you know it’s like three in the morning, right?” I blinked, and she showed me her scroll. It was indeed 3:04 in the morning. “And now you woke up everyone up. I would run if I were you.” I looked around, and my entire team sent me a death glare. I rubbed the back of my neck sheepishly, and tried to run out of the room. Keyword-tried. Before I could, however, the three fiends grabbed me, and pulled me down to the ground.

“(Y/N) HALP!” I yelled. She shook her head with a smile at our antics, and stepped forward.

“Okay, everyone calm down. Break it up, break it up.” She laughed. They finally got off of me, and I stayed on the floor for second, panting.

“Thank..*inhales*..you…”

“No problem.” I stood up, and brushed myself off. “Okay, go back to bed.”

“But how?!” Ruby exclaimed.

“Shh..Just lie down, and think about something that will make you sleepy. Does anybody want a drink or something?”

“Can I have a glass of water?” Ruby and I asked in unison. We looked at each other and giggled.

“Okay. Now, get into bed. I'll be right back.” She said sternly. We nodded rapidly, not wanting to feel her wrath. She then smiled, and walked away.

Weiss POV

As I watched my girlfriend walk into the kitchen to get the two drinks, I couldn’t help thinking about how I lucky I was to find someone as considerate and helpful as her. She was always there when someone needed help, and put other’s needs before her own. I loved her so much. I was so deep in 'thought' that I didn’t see her come back in.

“Aw, thanks Weiss. I love you too.” (Y/N) said. I looked up and saw everyone staring at me. I felt my cheeks turn bright red.

“I-I said that out l-loud?!” I semi-yelled. She chuckled, and sat next to me, as I shoved my face into my hands to hide the embarrassment. I felt an arm wrap around my shoulder, gently squeeze, and move down to my waist to pull me into a hug. I gladly accepted and returned it, snuggling into the crook of her neck. Sighing deeply, I melted into the embrace and started to fall asleep. But before I could, we both heard applause, and turned our heads to see the others clapping.

“What a moving performance.” Yang said, sniffling and wiping a non-existent tear away. We shook our heads, and looked into each other’s eyes.

“I really did mean it though. I don’t know how I’m so lucky. How can someone as perfect as you exist, let alone want someone who was nothing but rude to you for months? I guess what I’m kind of saying is...thank you. Thank you for loving me, and not caring about the past version of myself. I love you.” After I said that, it went quiet. I looked up to see (Y/N)'s face, a shocked look upon it. Her eyes looked slightly shiny and moist (lol). “Are oka-mmph!” I was cut off by her lips crashing into mine. We both melted into the kiss, until she broke it and quickly pulled me into a hug that I immediately reciprocated.

“I love you so much. I almost cried.” She chuckled. “You guys should go back to bed though, while you still can. Goodnight.” We said goodnight, and she stood up to leave, but stopped when my hand grabbed her wrist.

“Sleep with me?” I asked. She shook her head, smiling, yet still climbed into the bed. “Night.”

“Goodnight Weiss.” (Y/N) kissed my forehead, and we both fell asleep. What we didn't notice, was the camera watching us through the window from outside....

"I can't believe this. How could she betray me? She will ruin the reputation!" The man snarled as he looked at the monitor showing the two snuggling females. "No matter. I will get my other girl to break the news." He laughed evilly, dialing the number of a certain Atlas soldier. "Yes, Winter? I need a favor...."
